I had an emergency issue with a leaking water valve at my residence this past Saturday morning. Called a few places and nobody was able to even show up until Monday.

Fortunately, I found Yuri, who answered his phone on a Saturday morning and told me within the hour he would be at my place to take care if the problem. Ultimately, we discovered that the water valve needed to be replaced. Yuri took care of everything from start to finish, all in the same day, and did an excellent job. He didn't leave until all of the outstanding issues were taken care of.

We were able to properly explain our issue to Yuri and he was able to schedule our repairs within our time frame. He was very insistent on keeping us appraised of his work and travel timing the day of the repair. His pricing was more than fair and he had no problems explaining any question that we asked.
i also was able to review his installation and the solder joints were swiped for a newt finish. He even bothered to caulk all escutcheon rings, that our last plumber did not.
After being a contractor for 50 years myself, it was refreshing to run into a new tradesperson who knew his trade but also cared about us and our work.

Yuri installed a laundry/utility sink in our garage, which included fixing the leaking valve in our laundry room, for a great price. By chance, the drain pipe under our kitchen sink broke the same day, so he quickly fixed that as well for a small fee. He was super friendly, polite, efficient, and did good looking work.
