Tony came on very short notice on MLK Day when he had planned to take the day off. There was a leaky shut off valve that had connected to a washing machine that I needed to have repaired before we closed on the sale of the house. He was there within 2 hours and was able to fix it with a cap he had in his truck even though he had gone to home depot before arriving to buy what he thought was needed based on the photos I had sent him. He just charged me his minimum for his time - nothing else. Thank you, Tony!

I would not recommend Yuprs or ""Tony"" for any project for any home.
If you have a gas line problem in your home, Zins Plumbing did good work for me. Zins isn't cheap, but if the gas line is important to you, I suggest you call them and don't waste time & money with other plumbers.

Yuprs review:
1. He's very, very rude. I'd also describe him as arrogant and not easy to work with (unless your objective is to pay him to fix everything in your home***I would not recommend this). He is very quick to point out parts of your home that are fixed improperly or needs updating. I essentially paid him $270 to hear him, for 90 minutes, complain and pick apart the condition of my home.
2. He was not able to fix the problem that I called him to fix.
Duke Energy detected a leak/leaks in my gas lines. He was very certain he could fix them but in the end, he could not.
3. He has no experience in properly checking for leaks in a gas line. The air pressure machine they used to find leaks in my gas lines was forcing air that is 3 times higher than what is recommended. He initially had it at 30PSI. After making a phone call, he lowered the pressure to 8PSI.
I'm very suspicious that this inexperience and added pressure made my gas lines leak more than it originally did.
4. I received a call from him the next day but I was promised some kind of quote by email. Certainly there was no need to give him my email address if he did not intend to send me a quote by email. The message he left on my phone was only to request to call him back. After such a disappointing and unsatisfactory experience, there seemed no good reason to call him back.
5. He agreed to be at my home at 9am. He eventually arrived at 9:28am. He was not apologetic nor did he attempt to inform me he would be late.

I am certain I over paid him because nothing was done to fix my gas lines. I suspect he caused damage to my gas lines with the excess pressure he used. He has made no attempt to send me a written quote/estimate for repairing my gas lines on a 2nd visit. He was incredibly rude and arrogant. It was a waste of my time and my money.

Yuprs advertises doing a multitude of different projects for a home such as plumbing, roofing, electrical, ect. But, I see no good reason to hire such a company.

Tony and his team with YUPRS were outstanding. They were VERY responsive, professional and were very detailed oriented. My maintenance guy was stumped with a dishwasher electrical issue at a rental property and Tony came to the rescue! He was prompt and professional and he quickly resolved the issue. Can't ask for better service. I will definitely use him again!

Needed a quick electrical troubleshoot the day before Thanksgiving to get my stove working in time for the holidays. Tony literally answered the phone from in the dentist's chair and came over within 45 minutes. He fixed the stove and even took a look at a couple outlets for no additional charge. He took the time to explain what he was doing. Will definitely call YUPRS again.
