They used to be really good, but are now awful. Abandoned us in the middle of our job and have failed to respond to messages or texts. We've been trying to contact them for weeks.

We are in the middle of construction and cannot proceed to the next step until the plumbing is completed. They have proven to be completely irresponsible. Our recommendation; call someone else.

What a relief to find a fast, efficient, dependable, honest, reasonable plumber. And...they showed up on time. And...they cleaned up after themselves. I can call and say, Umm Kevin, you know that thingy that has that other thingy leading to the thingy where the water is pouring out...are you busy?

i don't normally write yelp reviews but feel as thought i had to given the superior service i got from kevin and the yousen team. when our sink stopped up (with guests over) on a sunday night i panicked and called the first 24-hour plumber whose information i could find. they were there quickly but unable to successfully snake the line. not only did they not resolve the issue, they wanted to come out the next day and charge me 600 bucks to clear a stopped up kitchen sink!

at that point my dad was smart enough to direct me to call yousen. 20 minutes in and out the next morning and presto we're back to having an operable kitchen. kevin successfully snaked the line and saved me getting ripped off for $600 - his service was fast, simple, detailed, reliable, and all done with a smile. couldn't recommend kevin and his team more.

I've been using Yousen Plumbing for years and have referred them to many friends and clients. Always A+ service. I hadn't thought to look at Yelp reviews but am surprised to see some one star reviews. I have ALWAYS had a great experience with Kevin and his crew. Five stars all the way!

Keep looking. These people are awful. They scheduled a Saturday appointment with me, hence I rearranged my whole day. then they had some rude office assistant call back 3 hours later and tell me they couldn't do Saturday or I have to pay time and a half. Total bait and switch. Screw these people. I called someone else.

They installed a kitchen faucet that just does not work as it should. Cold water comes out slowly and hot water comes out very very very slowly.

The integrated faucet/spray really does not work as intended with hot water. One would think the plumber would have checked this out before leaving.

The property owner likes this company for reasons unknown. Maybe they're good on big projects. I would not hire them for my own projects.

I am going to bring in my own plumber to fix this problem

This is the third time this year I've had a quasi plumbing emergency (backed up sink/garbage disposal issue) and now, this morning, the water heater quit. Each and every time I call Yousen, either Eddie or Kevin show up in a timely manner (today was ten minutes- TEN!) and fix what is broken. They charge a fair price for the excellent work they do. It gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing that I have them on my team.

We've used this company for 7 years, and love them. We've had big jobs, small jobs and everything in between. Don't understand any of the low reviews...we've seen the SAME guys in Yousen vans, know them by name, and they are all wonderful. We rent, and have talked both of our last two landlords into switching all their business to Kevin and Co. for their great prices, professionalism, trustworthiness, and they are flat out nice. They never try to talk us, or our landlord, into anything we don't need. LOVE YOUSEN. Have recommended them by word of mouth many times.

Called and spoke with Frank last night and he had Eddie over 1st thing this morning to unclog my bathroom shower and sink. The are very professional, friendly, and left my bathroom clean and tidy. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I can't say that I understand the 1 star reviews at all. I called Yousen to repair several things. 1) my water heater stopped working and did not have the proper overflow pipe. It also had an improperly installed vent pipe, much of the copper plumbing was not properly strapped to the sub floor of our house, and last but not least the former owner did a terrible job of installing a make-shift drain in on one of our bathrooms. All this was found on the our home inspection when we bought the house.

I called around and settled on Yousen based on the conversations I had with them. Called them 2 or 3 times before I made my decision and they were pleasant and patient every time I called.

For the water heater I was told I should call the manufacturer as it was still under warranty. They could have easily fixed it and charged me and I would have been unaware. I was able to fix the water heater operation prior to their visit with parts provided my the manufacturer.

Scheduled them for the following Monday at 8 AM. Got a call from Kevin at about 7:45 AM saying that they would be running a little late and that we could reschedule if that worked better for us, I was not on a tight schedule that day, but it was nice to have a heads up, which I have never had from anyone late to do work on my house. Our guy that day was Eddie and he had one guy with him, we went over the work and he got to it.

I have dogs so I had him do the outside work first then moved the dogs outside and had him come in to do the inside work. He was very gracious and polite while I dealt with my sometimes uncooperative dogs.

Just inside of 2 hours the work was done and as someone who often does their own work I could tell it was done right with no corners cut. I highly recommend them if you want the work done right at a fair price.
