On August 26, 2020, we had Your Way Construction return to reseal our entire motorhome! He also replaced our door lock with a digital one that includes a key fob! Once again, Jacob, the owner, performed remarkable work; our motorhome looks almost like new! He is incredibly skilled! I love that he takes care of the materials and finishes the whole project! If he notices something amiss, he will let you know and fix it! We didn’t realize our air conditioning lid was broken and had a crack. He was worried about potential leaks, so he proactively repaired it, even though that wasn’t included in our request. His goal is always to ensure customer happiness! Great work, Jacob! I began my construction career 25 years ago and have worked in all areas, including commercial construction as a full journeyman. Sarah L.UPDATE: Due to death in the family, I can understand missing an appointment with a potential client, so I'll add 2 stars, but it took 3 weeks and a bad Yelp review to say anything about it. I have chronic pain and have to budget physical energy for almost everything I do, so an 80 min RT drive and standing around for over an hour waiting is a significant impact. Another contractor missed their appointment too, but quickly rescheduled and I ended up hiring them. Communication makes a huge difference, even just a quick message or text, especially when dealing with someone's home.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Made an appointment for a consult after several messages back and forth where it seemed my project was wanted. However, nobody showed up for the appointment and when I called and left a message to reschedule, nobody called back. I'm very willing to have grace for scheduling snafus, especially when the construction business is going wild right now. But it isn't professional or respectful to no-show and then ghost a potential client.
