Our water heater started leaking so we needed it looked at. After i submitted an inquiry for a quote, Dean soon reached out to offer a free assessment in-person. We figured due to unit's age (16 years old) it would need replacing and that was quickly confirmed. Luckily Dean had the correct replacement and parts already available and was able to do the work for us then and there after providing a reasonable and competitive quote. He removed the old heater, put in the new one with updated features, and even adjusted the piping. He was very friendly and personable, would definitely recommend Your Water Heater Company!

The home water heater seemed to have gone out. Made an appointment with this company and the owner (Dean) showed up on-time, ready to help.

After a quick inspection Dean was able to reset the water heater and viola... hot water was back. How much did this cost? Nothing, zero, zilch, nada,.....

Dean simply asked that when the device does eventually make its way to the hot water heater cemetery that we call him for the new one. Which I will absolutely do! This could have easily been a ""minimum charge"" of anywhere from $75 - $150.

I had an old tank water heater that was no longer heating properly, thus my search began. After multiple bids, I decided to go with Your Water Heater Company and I am so happy that I did!
From the first call, everything went very smoothly! I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day to get a quote for a new water heater. Dean showed up on time, he was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He did not try to up-sale; he gave me a great price upfront and I did not feel pressured to make a decision right then and there! He also informed me about the SoCal Gas rebate if I wanted to go tankless.
I decided to go with a Noritz tankless water heater.
On the day of the installation, Dean was on time, worked very efficiently and kept the area very clean. After Dean finished the installation, he took the time to show me how to reset the temperature and properly shut off the device. He also showed me how to apply for the rebate and what to include in the application.
