Great company! We had a major renovation and they redid all of the plumbing in our entire house. Super friendly and went above and beyond to help us out with everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend these guys

Our house was built in 1964 with a sewage tank on the lower level pumping sewage to the septic tank. We moved in to this house in 1971 and on the lower level we built a kitchen, full bathroom and laundry room. The tank container was 24"" x 24"" and was made of steel with was rusted out and leaking, the pump room was full of water and the pump was shot. The old tank container would not fit through the door and it seemed that we would have to take down a portion of the wall in order to remove the pump and container. We called 4 plumbing companies. When I described the problem, one big company in the area (after I called twice to describe the problem never called back. Two other plumbers after seeing the problem never even sent estimates. Steve, from ""Your Plumber New England Plumbing and Heating"" after coming gave us a fair estimate and stuck by it. I ordered a 18"" by 30"" container with a pump which fit in the old steel container after cutting up the old steel container cover. He then suggested that we just remove the door frame, and after pumping out the water and installing the new pump and container, he filled the space around the container with gravel. His willingness to listen and suggest, friendliness and honesty left a deep impression upon my wife and myself. His staff consisted of 2 other helpers who were just as friendly.

He finished the work(aside from the gravel) within 2 days. Finally after numerous visits I found a plumber I could trust. Would not hesitate to recommend him to everybody. This man is good.

These are the best plumbers we have ever used! They stopped my constantly running odd style toilet by going on line to get parts not available in stores. Other plumbers could not figure out how to find the parts.
These men are problem solvers. My old 50's bathroom sink was renovated to sparkle again when they ordered parts on line. These plumbers showed a knowledge of older plumbing others did not. Other plumbers wanted to rip out and replace my 50's cast iron sink with a cheap sink that did not match the beautiful retro Bermuda coral tub and matching toilet.

All the old metal bathroom pipes were replaced with new pipes ... no more clogs!
I have recommended the company to all my family and friends!

It's remarkable that this company is still in business in this day and age, given the level of customer service they offer. A part in our water heater (AO Smith) broke on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. No hot water. Our regular plumber said they would not be able to get the parts until Tuesday, and suggested that this company may have the parts on their truck. I called on a Saturday night, no answer. Fair enough, it is Saturday after all. Called the next morning and Nicki, who sounded very professional, said they did indeed have the parts and that a technician would be out that Sunday afternoon between 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm. This sounded great and I was very happy.

Needless to say, 2:30 pm came and went with no sign of Your Plumber. I called at 3:30 pm. No answer. I left multiple messages. No response. No call back, no apologies, nothing. I called again the next day. Again no response. They simply blew us off. It would have taken them 30 seconds to make a phone call to say unfortunately, they wouldn't be able to come. I would have been disappointed, but understanding given it was a weekend. Instead, we waited all afternoon for them. The fact that they couldn't even make a phone call or respond to any of our numerous messages, speaks volumes about how this company treats it customers. Please don't reward this kind of behavior by doing business with them.

We used Your Plumber based on a recommendation and are very glad we did! They installed a replacement garbage disposal that we had bought at Home Depot.

They were prompt, courteous, clean and explained to us how to reset the unit in case anything went wrong. Their price was also a bit less than their competition, too.
