We had a pretty large gas leak in our house resulting in us needing a plumber. Mike was so incredibly helpful, went above and beyond for us ensuring we got hot our hot water back on and even fixed our broken laundry room door out of the kindness of his heart. His wife Vita was super friendly and helpful over the phone, also ensuring we get the best service possible in such a stressful time for us. Thank you so much Mike and Vita for your help! Had a water main break at my B&B in Flagstaff which in my case is an emergency with guests checking in. I called Your Plumber, Heating & Air and I am so thankful I did. Vida answered my call and let me know she would have one of her Technicians out as soon as possible. She called when they were on the way and instructed me on how to call AZ 811 to make sure it was safe to dig and do the repair. They did a really fantastic job and cleaned the area completely when they were done. I was back in business in a matter of hours (I was dreading it could have been days...) I can't say enough how much I recommend Michael and Your Plumber, Heating & Air if you have ANY plumbing issues. I have already scheduled my furnace inspection with them for next week! Thanks again!

I have mixed feelings about this company. My ac stopped working and My Plumber came to my house as scheduled the next day. The technician was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective start up capacitor. He also added a start assist capacitor the improve the system's longevity.
My only complaint is the cost. The entire job cost me $545, parts and labor, for a 45 minute job. Afterwards, I looked the parts up on the internet and found that their combined cost is about $45, retail. That means that I essentially paid $500 for 45 minutes of labor.
While it's true that I approved the work, I trusted that the company was being fair in their pricing, which I know now, they weren't.
My first clue should have been the fact that they charged $99 for an estimate, unless I accept their bid, in which case, the fee was waived. So, it would have still cost $99 even if I had decided not to have them complete the repair...the old squeeze job. I should have known better.
I certainly understand that companies don't work for free, but really, $500 for 45 minutes if labor...or $99 for labor and the parts are marked up 1000%. Either way, it was a rip off.

I made a service call in December of 2017 (apologies for the late review) because my spark igniter/flame sensor went out on my furnace. I called Your Plumber because they had great ratings and would put my service call fee of $99 toward any repairs that needed to be made.

Once the technician arrived and was able to assess my issue, he informed me that my entire system (which at the time was only 13 years old - well below the recommended service life that was quoted below in another review) needed to be replaced @ $4022.93. If I opted not to have it replaced, I would at least need to replace the inducer motor and pressure switch, the blower motor run capacitor, and the the igniter/flame sensor for a total cost of $1009.95.

I'm assuming, since it was winter and I needed my heater, he felt he had me over a barrel. But I refused the repairs and price gouging, and unfortunately lost my deposit.

The next day, I called a reputable company. The one I should have called from the beginning. This technician tested and cleaned my entire unit and told me that, not only did my furnace not need to be replaced, the only part that tested bad was the igniter, which he replaced. After all this, he charged me a very small fraction of the cost that Your Plumber quoted me. Two winters later and my heater is still working great.

Considering all the 5 stars given here, I can only assume that the work this company performs must be okay. My only question would be, how much of it really needed to be done?

I have no doubt that, like others who have given a low star review, I will receive a negative and belittling response by this company for my honest feedback. It seems Your Plumber is more concerned with badgering those who are unhappy with their service, than taking steps to improve.

I would NOT recommend this business to anyone.

I needed help in closing my house for the winter and not knowing exactly what to do regarding the plumbing side of things. The first phone call set my mind at ease. This company is very friendly and helpful and their customer service is great! Plus, they know what they are doing. The two Mike's are personable and answer all your questions. I've used this plumbing service twice and highly recommend them. I even got a free demonstration of a face shower ( inside joke) when my fixtures were leaking. Humor is appreciated!

Overall my experience with Your Plumber was fantastic. Vida got us set up with an appointment only a couple days after our initial call and reached out the morning of the appointment to make sure we were all good to go. I really appreciated the timely follow-up.

Mike arrived at the appointment time (as opposed to 2 hours +/- like some places) and had all the parts he needed to make the repairs on the spot (I thought we were going to have to set another appointment for a different day). He was quick and helpful, and ""other Mike"" popped in to say hello and offer explanations for what was being done. I was able to get to work after only missing a half day.

All these are excellent things, with one caveat: they use flat rates instead of hourly. This is a wonderful business model to keep homeowners from being buried in labor costs when the repairs take all day or more, but it might leave a bad taste in your mouth if everything goes smoothly and they're out the door in less than three hours. I wish I had done my research to get a feel for how much things should have cost before signing on the dotted line, because looking back I have a terrible feeling we overpaid compared to hiring an hourly plumber.

Obviously hindsight's 20/20; I'm a layman who didn't get second opinions elsewhere, so I hesitate to be negative when I don't have a clue. Unfortunately I can't know for sure, because Your Plumber doesn't usually break cost out by line-item to help you understand how much you paid for parts and how much you paid for everything else. I wish I had been a more responsible consumer and asked where those numbers came from at the start. It's difficult to accept paying such a large amount of money without really understanding where it went.

Bottom line: I recommend you do your due diligence and get a ballpark feel for prices. Your Plumber still gets four stars from me because they were friendly, punctual, professional, and all-around pleasant to interact with. They say you get what you pay for, and we definitely did. If we end up in a pinch in the future I'm sure I'll look at them for a quote, but I'll probably roll in a second one just to be sure.

These people are amazing. Vida thought my problem to be solvable and suggested a fix in my inquiry. She had it exactly right and at no charge. If you want honest people who do things the right way, these are your people to hire!!! I would use them again any time.

Horrible! He just came out to quote simply removing the kitchen sink and replacing it after having new countertops installed. At first, he wouldn't give a $ amount but tried to use scare tactics about how he HAD to replace the perfectly good garbage disposal and maybe the entire sink because all kinds of problems and leaks would occur if I didn't. He then bad mouthed every other plumber on the planet, saying they would do it wrong and I'd have leaks and all kinds of serious, expensive problems if I didn't use him. Then he said the cost would be in the thousands of $!!!! Another plumber is now scheduled to complete this extremely simple job for only the cost of labor per 1/2 hour and I have a firm cost and estimate of the time needed - it's expected to be less than $250. These guys are a rip-off using scare tactics - had to throw him out of my home. Don't use them!
