My aged water heater was slowly going. Kelly was quick to get me scheduled and was very nice. Matt was straightforward in his assessment and it's obvious he just wants to do the right thing and not do unnecessary work just go get more money. Within a week I had a new tankless water heater. The work done is very clean and he even matched the piping to the garage wall color. Attention to detail and after they left, you wouldn't have even known work was done there - the left it better than they found it. Lastly, Matt took the time afterwards to check out an unrelated issue for me. Great company and strongly recommend.

New owners and new approach. There's no longer a charge for an AC quote. Given that there are new owners and that quotes are free, I would give this company a chance.

I am writing about something that happened a year ago. I waited this long because I wanted to make sure that the alternative worked well and I could recommend it. Your Plumber Heating & Air charged me $99 to give me an estimate to install an AC. They told me that the heater had to be replaced so instead of $6K for the AC it would be $12K for both. This turned out to be complete BS. Intermountain gave me a free estimate and put in just the AC for $6K. It has worked well all summer. Save your $99 and get a free estimate elsewhere.

Charged $99 for a visit to estimate furnace replacement costs. Quoted a price double the other business I called. Mike was good about explaining why the furnace couldn't be repaired, though.

Mike and Mike installed a tankless water heater and water conditioning system at our home. From our first meeting, I knew I was in good hands. Mike is very knowledgeable and made a point to teach me everything I needed to know about the install and maintenance of the units. They had to come out twice and spent almost the whole day each time making sure everything was working correctly. They did a great job and cleaned up well after themselves. If you want the job done right, Your Plumber is the place to call.

The team at Your Plumber was great from beginning to end. The estimate for our furnace and air conditioning was fair and the installation was excellent. Mike and Mike took great care to professionally install the equipment and clean up after the job. Additionally, they spent time going over the proper operation and maintenance of the equipment to ensure a long life of the equipment. We are grateful for their expertise! Mike was the consummate professional; quick, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He came to our house and found the problem quickly and then sat down with us to go over the options. We agreed to all the fixes and he went through and carried it out fast and cleaned up as he went. He then spent time to educate our entire family on how to prevent future issues. All in all I was very satisfied with his work.

I do agree with some of the reviews here that their prices are on high end, but, as they say, you get what you pay for. I feel that the work done will last, not only because of the quality, but because he took the time to let us know how to prevent future problems.

Mike, came out to remove an existing faucet, disposal and related parts and replace them with a new faucet, disposal and related parts. His work was very high quality and he was very professional which we appreciated. However, his price was far more than we thought was reasonable. We expected the price to be around $500 to $600 given the simplicity of the job but he charged us over $2,000. No matter how we analyze it, $2,000 is just a crazy amount of money. And to make it more crazy, the cost of the new faucet was not included in the price.

The owner responded below stating they worked at our house for over two days which is false. The first day Mike worked for two hours and the second day for three hours. Five hours of work for one person at a cost of over $2,000?? Yes, it is unreasonable.
