Overall my experience with Your Plumber was fantastic. Vida got us set up with an appointment only a couple days after our initial call and reached out the morning of the appointment to make sure we were all good to go. I really appreciated the timely follow-up.

Mike arrived at the appointment time (as opposed to 2 hours +/- like some places) and had all the parts he needed to make the repairs on the spot (I thought we were going to have to set another appointment for a different day). He was quick and helpful, and ""other Mike"" popped in to say hello and offer explanations for what was being done. I was able to get to work after only missing a half day.

All these are excellent things, with one caveat: they use flat rates instead of hourly. This is a wonderful business model to keep homeowners from being buried in labor costs when the repairs take all day or more, but it might leave a bad taste in your mouth if everything goes smoothly and they're out the door in less than three hours. I wish I had done my research to get a feel for how much things should have cost before signing on the dotted line, because looking back I have a terrible feeling we overpaid compared to hiring an hourly plumber.

Obviously hindsight's 20/20; I'm a layman who didn't get second opinions elsewhere, so I hesitate to be negative when I don't have a clue. Unfortunately I can't know for sure, because Your Plumber doesn't usually break cost out by line-item to help you understand how much you paid for parts and how much you paid for everything else. I wish I had been a more responsible consumer and asked where those numbers came from at the start. It's difficult to accept paying such a large amount of money without really understanding where it went.

Bottom line: I recommend you do your due diligence and get a ballpark feel for prices. Your Plumber still gets four stars from me because they were friendly, punctual, professional, and all-around pleasant to interact with. They say you get what you pay for, and we definitely did. If we end up in a pinch in the future I'm sure I'll look at them for a quote, but I'll probably roll in a second one just to be sure.

These people are amazing. Vida thought my problem to be solvable and suggested a fix in my inquiry. She had it exactly right and at no charge. If you want honest people who do things the right way, these are your people to hire!!! I would use them again any time.

Horrible! He just came out to quote simply removing the kitchen sink and replacing it after having new countertops installed. At first, he wouldn't give a $ amount but tried to use scare tactics about how he HAD to replace the perfectly good garbage disposal and maybe the entire sink because all kinds of problems and leaks would occur if I didn't. He then bad mouthed every other plumber on the planet, saying they would do it wrong and I'd have leaks and all kinds of serious, expensive problems if I didn't use him. Then he said the cost would be in the thousands of $!!!! Another plumber is now scheduled to complete this extremely simple job for only the cost of labor per 1/2 hour and I have a firm cost and estimate of the time needed - it's expected to be less than $250. These guys are a rip-off using scare tactics - had to throw him out of my home. Don't use them!

If you want quality plumbing work that is done right the first time, Your Plumber is the clear choice in Flagstaff. Our old house has had several different plumbers do work over the years, but much of it was done using shortcuts or done out of code. Needless to say, our plumbing was a mess.

Mike from Your Plumber is probably the most competent plumber I have ever known. He and Vida are a pleasure to deal with, they do not use pressure sales tactics, and they are genuinely interested in solving problems and doing what is best for their customers. Mike took the time to look at our plumbing situation, explain each issue, and provide recommendations and prioritized options.

On the day of the job, Mike and Mike showed up on time and completed everything in a most professional and efficient manner. The quality of their work is outstanding, and now we have the peace of mind in knowing our plumbing woes are gone. Thank you Your Plumber -- you are the BEST!

I called Your Plumber to help with an emergency plumbing issue and they were amazingly professional and helpful. Vida was great to work with on the phone, and Mike did wonderful work at my house. Mike took the time to teach my wife and I about some plumbing issues so that we wouldn't have issues in the future. He was really interested in helping, not just taking our money and doing the quickest job. This is not the company to hire if you want the cheapest work, this is the company to hire to have the best quality job done right and done professionally. I would absolutely hire them again.

Great service. I was able to get them out within 24 hours. Michael was on time and explained every step he was taking to figure out our plumbing problem. He also clearly explained the cost before taking any action. He was able to figure out the issue and even though a part of the issue was user error (me), he never made me feel like an idiot like many trades people can do. I came away with a working system and a quality education on the workings of our particular plumbing system.

Your Plumber was referred to me after a pipe burst and the emergency plumber wouldn't be able to return for several days to fix a pressure regulator. I wish we would've known about the Mikes & Vida earlier! We've since used them to replace our old water heater, as well as service the heater and AC unit. And I've easily recommended them at least a dozen times already. Prompt, excellent service.

This company is unreliable! A typical Flag service company and not up to Phoenix standards for reliable work. I made an appointment on a Monday to have my heating serviced Wednesday morning. I took off a day of work to be at my house. Tuesday night I got a call from them saying they had taken ""another job"" and I should reschedule. WOW what kind of company does that ?

Stay away...... find a reliable company that will show up when scheduled!

Once again Your Plumber came through! I have family coming in for the holidays. Needed a water leek fixed. I then decided to replace the faucet and sink. The problem was trying to find a sink to fit. Vida, Mike and myself went on line to find one. Fortunately, They found one! Had the sink, faucet and garbage disposal installed. Mike did a great job, as always. Not only are they my go to plumbers, I consider them friends. I will always be a loyal customer.

My Father recently had open heart surgery, so I was trying to get his house renovated as quickly as possible so that I could get him moved back in and on the road to recovery (without worrying about the effects older flooring and older toilets might have on his compromised immune system). My father needed new toilets as well as new flooring in his house. Vida, Mike and Mike were all very accommodating, knowledgeable and super helpful. I have used other plumbers in Flagstaff before (Mortenson plumbing and Mountain High Plumbing) and with these other plumbers I frequently felt pressured into repairs that I was uncertain of. Mike explained everything that he was doing very thoroughly and then gave me several options to choose from (all while working under time constraints). There was only one brief moment when I had a question on price, but then Mike took the time to reassure me and go over the numbers. My Father continues to improve daily thanks to wonderful people who care like Vida, Mike and Mike. The best plumbing team in Northern Arizona!
