We had a clogged toilet and backed up shower drain , we called late tonight, Saturday night and they came out in less than 1 hr came and fixed the probelm. Wow now that is excellent service the best we have ever had. Will very highly recommend Your plumber guy hands down top notch! Thank you sooooo of much!

I called Eric for a blockage in my Main drain line. He recommended we replace the clay pipe entirely with a new polyurethane pipe. They fixed the problem immediately and within a couple days had replaced the entire drain line.

I had been under the impression that they would replace the concrete they had broken- but Eric said that as plumbers they never do that. But he did it anyway because we had not clarified. Great plumber!

Eric is a great plumber. He is hard working a courteous, and cleans up after himself. I would definitely call A&E for all of my future plumbing issues.

Very disappointed. Eric the plumber came to fix a leak from water heater. As he was going to get the part, I asked if he can please replace both parts because both parts were corroded.

Eric's response was no because the pipes are old and he is worried that the pipes would break trying to replace them and that he needs to talk with my landlord about the bigger problem.

We also needed to put a cap on a leaky sprinkler (very quick small job to do). Eric was aware of the problem but decided to not put the cap on the sprinkler and only changed one fixture part.

Due to not changing both parts, THERE WAS STILL A LEAK!!!! Which Eric knew but still did not replace both parts.

Eric proceeded to tell my landlord that we needed to change all of our pipes which costs a minimum of $5200. This was an assumption without actually looking at the pipes underground.
Our new plumber who came today did mention the pipes were old, but it was not an emergency to replace all of our pipes in our unit.

Eric charged $250 for one part, but did not fix the leak completely and for some reason did not fix the very easy cap needed on a sprinkler leak. My landlord had to call another plumber today and replacing the other corroded part fixed the leak.

I have had about 7 experiences with different plumbers in my lifetime and this was absolutely the sloppiest service I have ever encountered. Actually now feeling lucky all of my previous plumbing experiences were great and every single time, the plumbing issue was fixed.

I just received a very unprofessional call from Eric himself who told me that I was unlady like to make a bad review of his company and that he was kind enough to come during a weekend during family time. I told him about the unsatisfactory service, Eric's response was how do you know I did a bad job, are you a plumber??? He asked I should have contacted him first about the dissatisfaction of service. I told him okay I am talking to him now. Eric said it is too late I will just contact your landlord.

Hey Eric I think it would be better to call about a bad customer service experience with a customer service oriented attitude.

My main sewer line clogged at 5 pm on a Saturday. The technician showed up within 20 minutes of the call and 30 minutes later the pipe was snaked and cleared. Could not have asked for better service and the price was reasonable.

We you use Eric and his crew for numerous projects a month and they are excellent. Whether it's a tankless water repair repair or a kitchen and bathroom faucet upgrade they have the guys who have the know how. I have also repiped my own home with them and they completed the job in 3 days. For all your plumbing needs there is only one reliable local source and that's A&E.

I called A & E Plumbing because our water heater was leaking. The techs arrived on time, looked at the water heater and informed me of the different options I had. We had a 30 gallon water heater, for almost the same price we could get a 40 gallon water heater. They took the d one with them and installed the new one. They did a clean job, they showed us what we can do to make the water heater last a long time. We are very happy for choosing A & E Plumbing.

Eric put in all the fixtures and appliances during our kitchen remodel in our new home, which was built in the 50s and not much was done in the kitchen since then. Eric did a very clean and professional job with very reasonable rates. He was kind enough to consider our budget and give us options of which products to buy.

And his recommendation to add a water line for the refrigerator was also very much appreciated because we hadn't thought of that. Now we are getting ready to upgrade to a newer model and we don't have to worry about a water line for refrigerator.

We were also interested about replacing our water heater but we're concerned about the cost. After seeing the wonderful work Eric did, we also proceeded to not only move the location of the heater but also change it.

I had a problem with an old leaky kitchen faucet; it needed replacing. I called couple of places with good Yelp reviews and decided to go with Eric and A&E Plumbing. I couldn't be happier with my selection. Eric arrived promptly as scheduled, gave me a very reasonable quote and installed the new faucet. He was professional and careful, explaining everything he was dong along the way and left the job spotless. It's hard to find excellent service these days but with A&E Plumbing, that is exactly what I got. We discussed other areas in the house that need attention and I will definitely be calling Eric in the near future.
