I reached out to Juan last minute asking if he could stop by to fix a loose faucet. He was responsive and flexible, even saying he could come over on a Saturday between jobs. While here we had another issue come up and asked if he could take a look. He was more than willing to continue helping us. It turns out that the other issue involved soft roots in the toilet plumbing. So glad he came over to help, as now we can address what we didn't even know about. Highly recommend this team.

Juan responded to my request for a quote within 5 minutes on Yelp. He gave me the pricing for diagnostic work and for labor right up front. We scheduled him to come out the following day.

He and his assistant Victor showed up on time, and they were very friendly and immediately got to work.

What made this the best experience I've had with a plumbing company happened next: he took the time to show me what the problem with my disposal was (it had jammed and needed to be cleaned out and reset). With an Allen wrench, he fixed it in 5 minutes but walked me through it all as it happened. I feel like the next time this happens, I'll be able to troubleshoot before calling a company. That is excellent customer service!!

Juan was the 3rd plumber who came to check out our washing machine drain pipe that was backing up and flooding the laundry room. Previous plumbers said to expect to dig under the slab because the old cast iron pipe (1960s) was probably collapsed. Juan suggested trying to snake the pipe again (which had already been done twice without success). He was patient and took his time and had the drain open in less than 20 minutes!
He could easily have suggested a bigger job but he knows what he's doing. Of course we may eventually need to have a huge repair but it was not needed now. He was honest about what to expect and he's the only plumber I will call if we need more work to be done.
