10/10 would Hire Obalit over and over again he showed up because i called for a
Small leaking pipe. He was on It within 10 minuets. Had the issue resolved explained everything to me and double checked all his work to make sure he handled the issue. Highly HIGHLY recommend him for your plumbing needs

Obalit responded to a request for a new toilet installation. He showed up promptly and was very professional when giving his appraisal and even had a hard copy price book for his services, so I know he wasn't pulling figures out of the air. He finished the installation as agreed, and is coming back to fix the faulty valve, which he was detailed in explaining on why it needed to be replaced.

Obalit was courteous and was very thoughtful as to not cause any damage throughout the entire process. I'm already considering him for additional work that needs to be done. His pricing is fair and it's obvious that he knows what he is doing.

Rest assured that if you call him for any plumbing service, you will be dealing with an honest and professional man.

We recently had a problem with our toilet. It just wasn't flushing properly. We had several plumbers come out but no one could give us a definite answer. Obalit came in, looked at the toilet and said he believed he could fix it. He got to it and did everything her could. He was very professional. He worked on it trying everything, unfortunately, nothing worked. His conclusion was easy, he believed we had a faulty toilet. We bought a new toilet, Obalit came back the next day and installed it! It worked we loved the way he did a full inspection under the house as well as make sure everything was ok... he was very thorough! We are pleased with his work and will definitely use him again for our plumbing needs!!!!

Water filtration system under sink was the job. Said he could complete it Thursday evening. Came in the afternoon, and the first part he went to attach, he broke. He had only tools, but no parts in his truck; very unprepared. Went to home depot and didn't have the part. So he went home and said he had to get the part from a plumbing store in am. He could have come back and worked on everything else, but didn't. He came back in morning with parts. Broke another part. Ran around town for hours again, and these were pretty standard parts. Just fittings.
Long story short, he finished job the next day, not as agreed. After he left, I realized the pressure on the sprayer wasn't there. Also, I had to go buy some clips to secure the fittings he put on. Again, standard part in plumbing he didnt have. Worse part of it all was that he lied his way through the whole thing. Said he has been doing this 10 years; obviously not the case. Claimed he works for Mike Counsil, but talked down about them. And then upon contacting him very professionally about the problem that persists, he texted me with berating comments about how I can't afford a real plumber, etc etc etc.
Overall very poor professional, low quality skill set, unprepared, and unhonest.
If there was a zero star rating, he would deserve it. Oh, and he even stated that it was a F as far as grade for the job. But still took the money and ran.
