He quoted me a fair price and was there in the next 30 mins! He explained what was wrong and quickly got to replacing the garbage disposal. He was done within the hour. Obalit responded to a request for a new toilet installation. He showed up promptly and was very professional when giving his appraisal and even had a hard copy price book for his services, so I know he wasn't pulling figures out of the air. He finished the installation as agreed, and is coming back to fix the faulty valve, which he was detailed in explaining on why it needed to be replaced.

Obalit was courteous and was very thoughtful as to not cause any damage throughout the entire process. I'm already considering him for additional work that needs to be done. His pricing is fair and it's obvious that he knows what he is doing.
