I was really pleased that he managed to fit it into his busy schedule the same day as it was for a tenant of mine I personally couldn't get to that day. He solved the problem and unstopped the toilet and also had some recommendations for the tenant to how to prevent the problem in the future. His fee was what he quoted over the phone and was very reasonable. I told him I was grateful to finally have a good plumbing contact for my rental units that was responsive and reasonably priced. I will both use and recommend his company in the future.
