We have had sewage backing up multiple times the past few weeks. These guys were great, they came out and worked to get everything fixed on our side for us. Devon was really friendly. After having more backup problems, jerry, jake, and Steve came out more than once to try and help us understand what the problem was -- the backup was on the city side. Our city wastewater department was, unfortunately, kind of a pain to work with. Your Home Services was amazing because they came out free of charge and showed me with a camera what was going on. I was able to prove to the city it was their issue. Thanks so much!! I won't call anyone else from now on.

You think giving someone a $20 gift card is going to make up for the everything? Get serious. They cracked my newly installed staircase. Incorrectly cut through two by fours leaving me with an expensive repair for the carpenter. Their water filtration system burst in my garage - water everywhere. I called 'Your Plumber' for two faucet leak repairs. The plumber shows up - goes through my house and checks out all four bathrooms. He told me that I needed to replace three toilets and needed a water filtration system. Close to $5000 later the guy leaves and my tubs are still not fixed. 'Making his money on toilets and a water filtration system was way more important than fixing the issues that I called in about.' Following day a manager came. He had to break down the bill because the other plumber """"had trouble."""" He also had to finish one of the tubs and then gave me a quote to fix the other tub. Question: How was that not included in my total when thats the first thing we went over? I CALLED FOR TWO TUBS TO BE REPAIRED. I NOW HAVE 3 NEW TOILETS AND WATER SYSTEM AND I CALLED ABOUT TWO TUBS. You want to weasel more money out of me!? All of my new neighbors said they still had their original toilets and that I got scammed. Apparently these plumbers walked into a house with four bathrooms and a tired new mom and thought jackpot. They managed to damage my brand new floors and stairs when they were running up and down with the toilets. Following day we had to call them to come back out because the water system they installed burst and there was water all over my garage. Manager comes out and leaves without fixing the other issues we called about. I call and the owner puts me on speaker while he's talking to his employees like a kid. My husband and I googled the toilets they installed because we never heard of the name brand and found Walmart as the distributor selling for way less. I left a google review and it was deleted. I reported them to BBB.

Such great service! They were able to get Devin out to us right away for a quote. He was polite and professional and was able to install our new water heater. Thanks so much!! Now we don't have water leaking everywhere anymore. One less thing to worry about with our upcoming move thanks to you guys and Devin!

Your Plumber came to the rescue again. On New Years eve our bathroom flooded while I was out of town. The first thing I did was call Your Plumber. On a holiday I felt fortunate that Trevor was able to arrive quickly to take care of everything. He stopped the flooding, contacted United Water Restoration to work on the drying out process and put me at ease knowing that even at 1000 miles away my house was being taken care of. I can not express how grateful I am to have a company like Your Plumber. If I could give more stars I would.

I needed a plumber fast. The day after Irma in fact. Your Plumber called me at 9 pm the day I called them and during hurricane clean up. They said they would get to me between 8-12 the next day. I got a call at 815 and was told the tech would call when he was on the way. Devin showed up before 9. That's great service and communication. Both very rare in this day and age as well as being the day after a major disaster. Devin was great, he was friendly and thorough and did a great job. The whole job was done by 1015 and I am so thankful and relieved that Your Plumber was able to help me. I took a chance on a company I knew nothing about and I was definitely satisfied. Now I have a go to Plumber and someone I will be very happy recommending in the future. Thank you again Devin and Your Plumber!!!!

Love this company and had a great experience! Ask for Jr. when you call! Jr is very professional, efficient quick and he does a great job explaining issues and solutions. The pricing was on point. We had a main line blockage and sewer backing up in to a shower. They came out the same day and gave an estimate. The estimate was the lowest compared to others. The quality of work from Jr and his professionalism is great. I am so happy to have found Your Plumber. I recommend them and will call on them again if we have another issue. Thank you!

They do great work however, their prices are outrageous. They do not charge by the hour. They charge at a flat HIGH rate.

I waited for several days after I was to receive a call from them. They said they would follow up with us after providing an 'estimate.' They never called, hence the 2 stars. They charged $29 for a 'trip charge.' But the estimate was free beyond that. You get the $29 back if you choose to let them do their repairs. Two people showed up. We told them the issue and they walked through. The one doing all of the talking said several times how this is 'bad, horrible.' And that was 'not up to Code' and 'who would do something like this!?' His tone was very negative and being a person who tries to be respectful of everyone I found it very hard to let him continue berating our home. When he was done our estimate was anywhere from $1500 to $9000 depending on the items they repaired. There was no measuring other than guesstimating. There were a lot of numbers being thrown out and we have no idea how he even came up with them. So, no follow up, a guessing game of numbers as to the total $ and an over all negative attitude really left me with a bad feeling about them.

Had a toilet replaced it was scheduled for Friday but they missed the appointment time but they came out on Monday and did an excellent install so I defiantly use them again and thanks for the vet discount PS I can totally understand as I both worked as a dispatcher and a photocopier machine repair guy so know how a simple job can turn into a nightmare and while in the past service people took some liberty's as one year right before Christmas when working for Viacom cable company I had to go out to the satellite dish's to sweep the snow out of them and caught who arrived quite late moving about 30 presents from his work truck to his car but that in the day before GPS locators in trunks became so common

I called here after seeing good reviews, I had severe draining issues. The agent came out, told me all my pipes were wrong and that it would cost $5,000 to repair. I got a 2nd company to come out and confirm, from Matt's Plumbing. He found the actual issue, repaired it, and it only cost $1,200. Short end they tried to scam me out of thousands.
