I called Dave and asked if he would come help out with a few toilet issues I had going on... left a message and he got back to me within 24 hours. We set a time for the job and he arrived promptly. He fixed my upstairs toilet that was running continually. He also had to swap out our downstairs toilet as it was old and needed replaced. His rates were very reasonable for the work he did. The toilet we got from Lowe's ended up being defective and was leaking around the seal. He had to come back and exchange it for a new one... install it a second time. This issue wasn't Dave's fault at all but he handled it swiftly and with professionalism. I really appreciate Dave's attitude and he was extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend working with him for your handyman needs!

Dave is our handyman! We're selling our house, the only problem was a basement toilet needed a new seat. The problem was the screws holding it on were recessed! Called Dave he looked at it and said his oldest commode up to now was dated 1937. This one outdated that. Luckily he knew how to remove the old seat and put the new one on. Then he replaced the ballast in a ceiling fixture. No problem for him, work was done rapidly at a great price. My only problem, now is what to do when I need him again, I'm moving to Kentucky and he doesn't seem to service that area! Darn!

David was the Best ! He responded quickly to my request for an estimate, and was knowledgeable about the services I requested.
David was able to schedule my job in a reasonable time frame and arrived on time the day of the job. He reviewed the list of repairs I had, and we together determined which ones could be completed within my budget for this day of work. David inspected, removed, and re-installed an existing toilet with a new hybrid toilet seal, snaked a bathroom sink, replaced the trap and seals, installed a new bathroom sink faucet, and also installed three new porcelain lamp holders w/switches in my basement. David also assisted me in selecting the new faucet for the bathroom. David was upfront about pricing and completed the tasks efficiently. He also gave me sound recommendations for a future job replacing a garbage disposal and lighting fixture.
I really appreciate the time David took to explain options, give advice and provide recommendations as well as excellent service on the tasks he completed.
David is professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
