I know that it is tough to find a plumber these days and I thought I had found one that I could work with for years to come with Your Home Comfort Solutions. I couldn't have been more wrong. During a recent remodel in my house I ended up having several issues come up and any time we had something outside of normal come up I was in contact with them to keep them in the loop and had them come out on two occasions to take a look at what we had found in the remodel. I was told that with one of the changes it was going to cost a little more than the estimate and I completely understood that can happen. My bill ended up going from $1000 to $1800 that is not a little in my opinion. In the end I had several issues I was unhappy with so I reached out to the owner to discuss and he agreed to reimburse me $100. A couple weeks later a get a letter from the owner rescinding his offer and basically blaming me for the issues and that I had and that they would not do anything. He claims that the issues were due to my fault even though his plumber was out on both occasions and was acutely aware of what was going on and had full say in what I was doing. This business doesn't seem to be willing to take ownership for there errors and just want to blame it on me the customer and even when they make an offer to make it right with me and I agreed they later rescind the offer. Nice way to do business. I would look for another plumbing/cooling option.

This business was extremely helpful with an emergency problem. All of the pipes in our vacation home froze. They worked with our insurance to help with the claim.

In the middle of an early June heat wave when all other company's were swamped, including these guys, they were out within 4 hours of my call and responded quickly through Yelp also. Got the AC working and even followed up the next day. Highly recommend.

We've used Your Home Comfort Solutions to manage our lake house plumbing for years. They've always done a great job with the seasonal opening and closing of the home. They've managed repairs and billing quickly and honestly even when we are out of state.
