Inspection on a property we are trying to close on. They were prompt to the appointment. Even called an hour before to verify! I was worried about some plumbing in the basement, they assured me there was no problem. They quoted for some repairs and if I end up using them for their services, I will update this yelp review!

Called them at 4pm and they were at my place by 6pm with pump in hand and they were done replacing it by 7pm. They did a great job, had prices that were at or better than the competition. Also, the plumber let me watch the replacement and even showed me how to replace the pump if I ever needed to do it in the future (in the distant future, hopefully). I would recommend these guys for any plumbing needs.

We couldn't be happier! Called at 10 am (talked to a someone who trouble shot with me, which was nice and they gave me a quote) they were able to come by noon. They evaluated the problem and talked us through the whole thing which we really liked. Bada-bing bada-boom knocked it out in 20 mins! They even told us how to prevent future problems.

All in all they were just what we were looking for. They were nice, quick,informative and they honored our yelp coupon which kept us totes in budget.

Even after a very hard rain storm where they must have been extremely busy, these guys helped us in a desperate situation.. on a Sunday none the less. They helped solve the issues we had even when I was out of town and had to work with them remotely. Top notch service and very skilled at their profession. I would recommend them to anyone and plan on using him in the future for my other properties. 5 stars.

On Saturday May 31 we came home to a leak in our bathroom ceiling. My upstairs neighbor was not home, but we had access to his unit. I went up Sunday morning and couldn't see signs of a problem. Sunday morning we called the helpful plumber to come assess the situation. Based on my past experience I was expecting to need to cut the ceiling open, assuming it was an issue with the plumbing in between floor.

When the plumber arrived (on Sunday at the time they told us) he investigate several possibility causes of the leak without making any holes. On a hunch(there was no visible water) we pulled out the fridge and found the source of the problem. He quickly made the repair and took care of a couple other minor maintenance issue we discovered along the way. We were thrilled to not have to cut the ceiling and need drywall repairs.

These guys are nice, courteous, on time, and found/fixed the problem. I will call them again should I have another plumbing issue.

Terry was able to come out the same afternoon I called right before Memorial Day weekend after a tenant notified me of a leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. What I thought was going to be a quick wax seal fix turned out to be much more. The rear of the toilet bowl was cracked which meant I needed a new toilet. I agreed to purchase a toilet of my choosing myself and Terry would come back the next day to install it. The next day during the toilet install, it was discovered that the lead collar in my 100 year old pipes were cracked and disintegrating. Terry pulled out his tools and like a renaissance blacksmith, expertly poured a new collar and the new toilet was ready to install. A few issues arose that were out of Terry's control but when he starts a job, he finishes it. I had a working toilet again and a happy tenant before the end of Memorial Day weekend was over. Once finished with everything, Terry goes out of his way to clean the surrounding areas where he had been working which is a definite plus! Terry also is very knowledgeable about the prices charged by other plumbers and I found that his prices are fairer than most!

Terry & Tim are trustworthy and true to their word. I called on Monday to get an estimate and by lunch on Tuesday, my bathroom sinks were 110%!!
Tim not only was there early to give me a no-charge estimate but he walked me through the issue, recommended I buy the hardware to save a few bucks, and gave me a very fair price for the labor. So fair, I had him fix a both sinks, just in case.
Tim actually stopped at the Home Depot to pick up the parts I purchased online and completed the install in under 2 hours. Great Service. Great work.

Was very pleased with the service from initial phone call to completion. Called for an emergency fix of a clogged kitchen sink in a tenant's apartment. Plumber was there a few hours later and explained everything that needed to be done to fix. He cleaned up after himself and was done quickly. I would definitely call them again for plumbing work!

Had a pipe rupture underneath our kitchen sink which rendered the sink unusable.

Called YHP and they scheduled someone to be at our place 2 hours later. I texted picture of the rupture to YHP and that helped them get all the parts they needed before they git to our place.

The gentleman who did the actual work was professional, courteous and got right to work. He was done in about 20 minutes. The bill was not insubstantial but that's part of the price you pay when you can't do this work yourself and its an emergency.

Terry was amazing this past weekend and came through under terrible time pressures. He offered to come out on a Sunday evening to help with a plumbing back up issue right after moving in to this Wicker Park condo. Terry went above and beyond to get the job done and his communication was excellent in terms of planning and competing the work to be done. His communication approach really distinguishes him from other service providers. Would highly recommend him. Yelp was a huge help in finding Terry!
