They try charging additional money for things they did not do. DO NOT give them a credit card, they will charge without your authorization. Just a terrible way to do business. Would not recommend.

I was recommended this plumbing company from a friend, I have to say they did a pretty good job. We had our sump pump replaced and the sump drainage line extended to the catch basement. The three gentlemen who did the work was excellent. I cannot sing enough praise for these three individuals. Overall they did a fantastic job being in and out of my basement. They took their time and ensured that everything was done The only complaint I had was that they forgot to sweep up the debris. Other than that the entire process was professionally done. They explained to me what was being done and how things will work. I will defiantly hire young's again.

First of all there are two sides to this company. The actual work they do is excellent. I had a water main leak and they fixed it as they said they would- pulling the new line thru from main to my house thus avoiding
digging up the whole front lawn. They work fast and efficiently and clean up well.

The office staff, on the other hand was at times dazed and confused. Get a firm price - not a range. If there are complications get a firm price for additional work. DO NOT let them give your a price RANGE. Make sure all permits are Included in the job price quote. Make sure that they
schedule an inspection from the town on the day of job completion or
you will have to keep the hole open until they inspect.

Get a few estimates from other companies and compare. This company was in the lower end but only if you get them to commit to a firm price.

AVOID DEALING WITH KIMBERLY YOUNG IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

I was suddenly without water and have three kids. Young's came right away! Kim young got someone there right away to get me access to water after the water company shut it off and they got it fixed the next day. My family and I were very happy with the pricing and how the job went. The guys were great and the cleanup up was great. My family and I are very thankful to Youngs water and sewer working quickly for my family.

I'm giving these guys a one because 0 isn't a choice. They are extremely over priced and terrible at customer service. We had a garbage disposal that needed to be installed which they did but the next day my dishwasher stopped working, it wasn't draining properly, so I called them. The front desk told me they would contact the plumber and find out what happened when I told them I was told by my dishwasher repair place the plug was left in the disposal that drains into the dishwasher therefore it needed to be removed by the plumber. When I called Young's back they said they'd have Ivan call me. Three days later then a week no response. I had the appliance repair people come and sure enough they had to handle the plumbers job. I was charged $420 for the job that wasn't even done right. Waste of money and my time. Don't use them they are bad with customer service. Owner this is for you.... time to revamp your business and start over if you care at all

The guys who do the actual labor are efficient and knowledgeable.
They worked quickly and knew what they were doing.
The office staff was exactly the opposite, inefficient, uncooperative and unhelpful.
Kim Young ( I assume the owner) was particularly rude, I referred my neighbor and am sorry I did.

Update to her response: I have my emails to Kim, which have the dates and her company is currently being investigated. She has been told she can communicate by email bc her story constantly changes.
Kim the owner was horrible and over charged me. It was an emergency situation but they didn't come out for 5 days. I called and signed a proposal on a Friday, told me they'd come on a Tuesday because they had to get permits and markouts and then came out on a Wednesday with no permits or markouts. She was very misleading in her attempt to get me to sign the proposal, which worked. She was sweet as pie until it was signed. When the workers came, they came late and did everything and left a mess, but didn't video the line which they were supposed to do and then I couldn't get a response from her and when I did she was so nasty and rude to me and acted like she did me a favor by sending them back out to video the line that they were supposed to video the 1st day they came out. I found them on Home Advisor and left a review and when she replied to that review she lied again and said they never charged me for sending the workers back to re-video. She already charged me and they never did it to begin with. I would definitely stay away from this company.

WAY over priced, the lady is rude and pushy on the phone. We got a video of our sewer line. $300 for being there for 10 min and we didn't even get a recording of our line or pictures. No mention of the price before hand. We got our pipes gutted of roots by another company for half the cost and it was a lot more work and much messier. Go somewhere else.
