We highly recommend Young's Plumbing! We had water in our son's basement and contacted Youngs. They came out the very next morning and snaked drains and got water to drain (other company said they couldn't get it to flow out) Jamie and Devin advised us of problem and owner stopped by and said he could fit us in for repair the same afternoon! Such a great experience with them. The whole crew was professional, knowledgeable and friendly! The quote came in way lower than other company too! We will use Youngs in all future plumbing needs! We will also recommend Youngs to all our friends and family! Hats off to Bob and Young's Plumbing!

From the initial call, to the quick response to access my plumbing problem, the work performed to the clean up, each and everyone there was friendly, professional, knowledgeable . So highly recommend and wouldn't trust anyone else from now on! I told them my concern over an estimate I received from another company. I felt like they made it a priority to come out right away to see what exactly was going on. Everything was explained, no down pymt was required ( original guy wanted $2000 down pymt), the work was done, everything was shown to me, the clean up was perfect and they saved me thousands!!! And from being a victim of a scam.

We just had such a great experience with Devin and Justin. Our bathtub stopped draining and we also had some gurgling going on, they immediately diagnosed and fixed the bathtub drain and also took the initiative to extensively look into the gurgling and diagnose that issue as well. They needed another part, and were quick to get it and completely fixed everything by lunchtime. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend!!!

Had a plugged line. They came and spilled gallons and gallons of sewage everywhere. Had to throw away several pieces of furniture and a stereo. Charged $500 ... we didn't realize the extent of damage until after they left, and later saw it was still leaking and toilet still not working. Called twice, never made good on it. Steer clear !!

Contracted with Youngs Plumbing to move some plumbing and a gas line as well as install some new plumbing for a half bath that had to be done in a very low crawl space. Bob, my plumber quoted me a price based upon some variables that existed as a result of the age of my plumbing system, and began work on the day and time promised. He was honest, professional, reliable, completed the job within the time frame promised and left my home clean. The best part is, once he actually began the work, he was able to alter the process to a more efficient and cost effective way, reducing the price considerably!! I highly recommend this company and plan to use then for all future plumbing projects.

Young's Plumbing called ahead and arrived when they stated. I had recently moved in and needed some gas lines changed to the water heater, furnace and dryer as I was told by the inspector that everything was running off one line and there needed to be one for each appliance. They also disconnected a gas line to an old stove that was left in the basement. I also had a back up sump pump installed. Tony and Chuck started to work immediately upon arrival. Tony took the time to explain everything that they were doing and then again at the end to explain what was what after installation. He was also kind enough to explain what some things were that I had no idea about since I had just moved in and had never had a basement. I would definitely call them again.

Had them come out to find a leak in a shower. Was told on the phone that ""it is probably the shower curtain"". They came out, didn't find the leak, changed me $110.00 said, must be the shower curtain. Turns out the tub spout was leaking, had to diagnose it myself. I think for that kind of money they could have taken the time to find the real issue, they left the situation the same as they found it and left me $110.00 less in my wallet.

My pilot light on my water heater wouldn't stay lit. Rachel from the office was terrific and made sure she worked around my schedule to get someone out here same day. The technical was really nice and explained everything he was doing and what he believed the problem was along with best solution. The next day, Rachel followed up to see how things were. The pilot light still wouldn't light but since it's under warranty, I called Sears to send a tech out to fix the problem and replace the parts. She offered to send a technician out anyway for no charge just to see if he could get it lit again for a temporary solution. Quick, Efficient & Excellent Customer Service.
