Pipe burst on our property and we were not able to physically be there during the flood of water that happened. Mike came in right away, secured everything and took amazing care of our home. He went above and beyond to ensure that our pipes would not do this again, and inspected completely to ensure everything was in place before the drywall was put back up. We needed a new gas water heater in our rental. Mike was very thorough in providing written, detailed information on the various water heater options that were available to us. He was patient as I asked questions to help me understand the differences in the various products. Mike was challenged because he had to work with and communicate with both the renter and also with myself. He communicated the same message to both of us and he kept me informed throughout the process of what was going on at the rental. The renter is satisfied with the quality of Mike's work. Mike also took time to explain to how to make adjustments to the temperature setting to the renter and he also adjusted the invoice when a particular part wasn't needed.
