I believe this company is unethical and dishonest. I gave them a deposit and they did some plumbing work for a remodel.

I asked them for an invoice showing the hours and some how the final invoice equaled exactly. How does that happen? Do not give them a deposit, pay only what hours they spend on the job.

I called them out to do some of the final work (and I was willing to pay beyond the deposit )x They offered a day and i said yes. When i called to confirm the date, they said "" Given our current workload, we are going to have to pass on scheduling this request""

I know all service companies are busy but it is unethical to treat customers poorly. This is a real issue in the valley. There are still some honest companies that still have good principles. In my opinion, Young Services is not one of those companies.

These repair folks are always busy, so sometimes it takes a few days to get them to come, but the phone staff is courteous and polite, and will try to push small residential jobs to the priority if their schedule allows. I like to fix most things myself, and the techs who come have always been so polite, knowledgeable, and take the time to show me what they're working on so I get a better understanding of my equipment. My tankless water heater is really finicky so having Young Services in my back pocket to call when I can't solve a problem is such a relief!

This is my second experience with Young Plumbing working on a pair of 18 year old complex Grohe shower body with hard to find parts. Their techs are knowledgable, professional, and work efficiently and quickly. The business is well organized and managed; techs are dispatched promptly and techs show up on time. Billing is always accurate and fair. Most importantly, management is approachable and open when questions/issues arise so they can be resolved quickly. And special mention to their tech Miguel, for letting us grind down a handle to resolve a part issue. Excellent experience twice in a row with two different techs.

Driving down valley today, and one of the Young's drivers tailgated me for about 10 minutes, then Proceeded to pass me, and cut me off, nearly running my child and myself off the road. Sorry it's not always about the work you do, sometimes it how you treat others in a small valley. My family and business will not be needing your services.

I've worked with Young Services for many years, and they have always provided very knowledgeable and prompt service for my home. I usually have them do work on an old boiler and water heater that heat our home. I highly recommend their services.

I was charged $110 for one of Young's ""experts"" to look at a plumbing issue. This took 10 minutes of their time--maximum. No work was performed and no mention of an minimum 1 hr charge. I complained when I received the bill, but they said it was the industry standard to automatically bill an hour. Never again...

Beware of this company! After contracting them to install a simple booster pump that I had purchased, They bungled the job and it ended up taking them 6 technicians and two full days. They admitted to me they had made some mistakes and sent up untrained plumbers that had caused some problems and delays. It seemed really strange for something so simple to throw them off in such a big way. I was shocked when I received a bill for over $1800 usd. ( all other quotes had been from $250 usd -$500 usd. ( I purchased all parts myself) They initially said they would modify the bill, but then sent a nasty note demanding payment in full. This company blatantly ripped me off. Look elsewhere if you are able!!
