Dane L.We had a problem with our AC system cooling appropriately. We called Young and Pratt because they service the chiller unit for our condo complex. Amato was sent out to help us, and he determined that the water line was clogged. He flushed the line, and brought our AC system back to a good working condition. Beyond this, we had a drainage issue later. He responded to my call, and asked me about the drain pipe, and helped me figure that the drain pipe was plugged up at the sink...he didn't have to do this, but he did. Amato went the extra mile, while being punctual, courteous and all-around professional. I DEFINITELY endorse this company and employees like Amato.
