I contacted Young Plumbing on a recommendation from one of my suppliers. I had a leak that I could find and called on a Monday morning and spoke to Jessica Who answered promptly. She listened to my concerns and worked her schedule to have a crew out Tuesday morning between 9:30-10:30 am. I received a call from Richard, Lead Install and he gave a time of expected arrival. The team of Richard and Joey, Sr. Service Tech, arrived on time and introduced themselves and were very professional. They analyzed the situation and gave a very professional plan of resolve. After having Upstate Leak Detectors come out and pinpoint the area of leakage, I contacted Young Plumbing late Friday morning and spoke to Jessica. Again, she contacted her service teams and Richard and Joey volunteered their time on a late Friday afternoon to come out and do the needed repairs. They called with their estimated time of arrival which the meet. Again both were very professional and having all the needed parts on their work vehicle, they fixed the leak in a very timely manner. They cleaned the area, filled the hole and promptly replaced the grass, looking like nothing had been disturbed. This is by far the BEST experience I have ever had with any contractor, and HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Young Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Thank you, Jessica, Richard and Joey for your understanding and dedication to resolving my issue, each of you were so professional and are true assets to Young Plumbing Services. We thought our hot water heater was on the fritz. Young Plumbing came quickly and discovered the real problem was an overheated Power Saver box. At 3:30 p.m. on a Friday afternoon, Doug from Young Plumbing called in a favor with an electrician he knew and had the electrician to our condo within an hour to fix the problem. If he hadn't been so professional, our entire house could have burned down. This is the second time I have used Young Plumbing Services and I will NEVER use anyone else. They are the BEST!!!!
