They responded promptly (even though not an emergency). The plumber and his apprentice were very courteous, clean, and professional. And ridiculously expensive. $470 for less than 2 hours work, including going for the part. But, that is what they told me it would cost, hence the 3 stars. It would be 5 stars if not for the price.

They came to replace a broken valve to my dryer. Instead of replacing the broken valve, they added another valve to it. Charged us $225.00 for a $10 valve. Don't ever call this company for anything but being ripped off.

Eric from Youngs Plumbing came out to fix our water spigot on the outside of our house and did an excellent job! We will ask for him again when we have problems with our homes plumbing. Young's Plumbing fixes it right the first time! They are reliable and reputable.

Had them come out to check for an intermittent leak. They insisted there was no leak. Had them change the shower head arm to a knew one that I had bought, less than 5 minutes of work, and was charged 150 dollars for That. Seriously overpriced. Then the next day more water leaks. Had another plumber look and found a leak in the kitchen sink pipes. Don't hire young plumbing, check thumbtack for a plumber, you will get better plumbers, better service, and much better prices.

Young's fIxed a leaking toilet about 18 months ago. Job was done ok, but the quote was extremely high for a basic, quick job. When I questioned it, the plumber immediately took off a percentage, which was a big red flag to me and made me feel like they were seeing what they could get away with.

I know now that what I eventually paid was still not a fair price because I have used other plumbing services since then.

The work was done, but the price was ridiculous. I felt trapped after the price quote because I had to pay a $40.00 fee just for the quote. The price was almost 4 times the amount I thought I would pay.

Very prompt, professional, thorough. Would give 5 stars but I think they are pricey. But that is relevant I suppose. $335 to replace a shower valve that took literally 10 min? I will shop next time. If it's a fair price I'll continue to use them based on what I led in with. In NWI, we are starved for good quality contractors. Update. My faucet continues to drip. I will call them and post their response.

I took a day off work for them to come out to give me an estimate. The window was 11-1 and I explained to them I had to leave the home at 2:00. They arrived at 2:00 pm. I quickly showed them the two things I needed fixed and was told I would get an estimate in a few days. I called and left messages but a week later have not heard anything from them. An entire day wasted.

Called about our water heater and they sent someone out in 30 mins. replaced the pilot and the device it's self for 625. Kinda pricey but worth it to get our water heater working again.
