My husband and I are essential employees. He cares for patients with COVID-19. Yes, we do, and I don't have the energy to explain this to my plumber.

I had used this company several times. They always recommend the most costly fix. Refused to rod the drain from my utility sink Said it would be clogged again by Christmas. Called the owner to explain what I wanted. Three Christmases later still clog free. Another time, they suggested I replace my water heater before it failed, Within a year, the new unit stopped working. Their ""guarantee"" replaced unit, but cost me $500 in labor. (My daughter was at home and authorized) . They do not do bad work, but trust is essential, and they do not have mine.

So, I called Young Plumbing to replace a thermostat in my water heater....the fat employee spent all of 5 minutes looking at it, and then told me I needed a new water heater.......$1800......and guess what.. this water heater is only 3 months old......charged me $40...probably so he could stuff his fat face.....never again!!!

I called Young Plumbing to install my new dishwasher and kitchen faucet. [I had removed the old dishwasher for them]. 2 plumbers arrived and quoted me 2-3 hours for $765. INSANE! I expressed how angry and disappointed I was in this quote. The job took one hour and 10 minutes (I timed it). I also called the main office and they had no interest in my complaint!! I repeatedly asked for a breakdown of the charges but the plumbers did not give me any detailed costs. The price dropped from $760 to $640 to $485 for a job that should have never been more than $250. I have discussed this with many neighbors and friends and all agree this was a total RIP-OFF. I would NEVER EVER use this company again and will continue to discourage anyone from ever calling them. I had removed the old dishwasher

First of all this company advertises that it is in your town but is not.
They charge $85 just to look at the issue
They charged me $380 for a job that they could not fix but told me since they tried they needed to get paid. After calling another plumber he said they should of known that they could not fix the issue because it was a sewage issue.
I am out $380 and I have a horrible mess in my basement. Please find an honest plumber that is not out just to take your money. But actually wants to help fix your issue.

Had them come out to change a toilet out..they tried to tell me I needed all my drain pipes changed out. No, I called you to change out the toilet and I've never had a problem with the drain pipes. They changed out the toilet, it worked for a while and all of a sudden, it starts clogging. I don't have any other problem except for the fact the toilet keeps clogging. I would not recommend them. With all these new water saving toilets out, I'm considering going back to a 3 gallon tank for better flushing power.

Dishonest, lazy people. Instead of trying to fix the problem they said it was broken beyond repair and wanted to replace it. Ended up being clogged. We used a degreaser and it started working just fine.

NEVER again will I consider using this company and I constantly tell people the same!

While I'm mechanically stupid, I know when someone is trying to take advantage of me. Was charged over $200 JUST to tell me where a leak was coming from and was given a $2,000 estimate to fix a very simple problem. I had a different company fix my issue for $400.

I have no doubt that Young Plumbing can fix your problems but you better be willing to pay top dollar to do so. Not even in an emergency will I call this company again!
