Thank you to Caleb and Yosemite for an excellent job on our irrigation project. Caleb was prompt and efficient, working through the builders mishaps. a (5th) zone was added, along with a additional head, proper piping from a downspout and finally adjusted each nozzle. We now have solid pressure throughout the property and our grass now has full coverage. Well done and thank you Yosemite!

There should be a negative star as this company doesn't even deserve one star! I was recommended to Yosemite by the plant delivery guys from Discount Plants on Old St Augustine Rd. I had just taken out a huge section of bamboo and some dead palms in my yard and needed all new grass (2000 sq ft). Yosemite came out and fixed any issues with the irrigation system first then sold me on this NEW grass called Tif Tough which was more expensive than St Augustine but was supposed to last longer. I paid over $2,200 to have them pull up the old dying grass, clean it up and lay the new grass. It lived for about two weeks with me WATERING EVERY DAY, then all of a sudden it died...turning brown all over. The St Augustine grass has taken over in areas and looks terrible. I have called Chris the owner many times to have them replace it but he said it just needed water! I had been watering it!!! The Yosemite tech Avery came out to see it and even HE said the area was plenty wet and the other grass and all the surrounding plants were growing well. Now Chris WON'T CALL ME BACK and I am out of $2200 AND a huge water bill. My lawn guys even told me that Yosemite didn't prep the area well before they put down the new grass which is why it died. I am now looking for an attorney. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

They didn't the worst service on my lawn that I have ever experienced. The first couple of weeks we had a different crew with a great crew leader who got to know my lawn and what I wanted from it meaning needing leaves picked up due to snakes shapes of plants requesting the weed the plant beds which is included in the package. Then after they started doing a great job they switched crew leaders and did an absolutely awful job. By awful I mean they were at my house five minutes did not know did not weed, did not mow, did not do anything to the plants. When I called they assured me they were going to get the new crew leader back but then they started dodging my calls and I needed to know what was going on so that I can either move on to another company or wait for them as they kept telling me they were coming the next day. When someone finally answered they told me they weren't doing my lawn again because I was calling too much. Well the reason I was calling me is because they weren't calling back and I was giving them ample time to reply. This was from management and I find it highly unprofessional. If you find yourself thinking about using them please remember this. My lawn never looked so bad as when they did it even the neighbors asked me if I had a professional lawn company and what had happened to my lawn because it looked so terrible and unkept.

MINUS STAR NOT AVAILABLE! This company is a total ripoff! I had scheduled appointment for a quote and the date that was scheduled for I called to cancel because I had the work done the afternoon before by a different company. As I was calling from on the road at 9am to cancel the appointment that was scheduled for 12:30-2:30pm the technician was at my house supposedly fixing a valve and I got charged by them even though the valve had been fixed the day before by another irrigation company! I called I asked for credit and they would not refund me! RUDE CROOKS should be their logo!

I asked to have my side yard graded and a swale dug for drainage then have sod installed. I also had a pile of old dirt and rocks from a construction project that needed to be removed. What I got was the old dirt & rocks and some new topsoil raked out and sod put on top of it. After the sod install the gate would not close very well even after they worked on the problem. They did not cut back the dirt where the new sod butted up against the old grass so the is a ridge between the new sod and old grass.

I would never recommend this company! Their website was great, they came out promptly & installed a new irrigation timer & valve system. It was after I paid them that the problems began. The PVC pipes leaked at the base & valves, they took both my spigots out without telling or asking me, countless days that I had taken off work to be there & no one showed or called, and now a month later, I've hired another irrigation company to clean up this whole mess. I'm adding a picture to show you what your system shouldn't look like. Stay away from this company unless you don't mind throwing your money away!
