Poor customer service. Was not informed prior to service call or work being done that they charge a one hour minimum. Tightened a few bolts and made a few adjustments for a total of approx 20 minutes, charged $87.50. When asked the service guy admitted he never told my fiancé their was a one hour minimum, just said they have to figure driving time also. Gardnerville to Minden. Spoke to owner, he said ""sorry"".
