I was referred to Martin by another plumber in the area who was recuperating from surgery. He came out and gave me an accurate estimate and some helpful recommendations. His price included more work than a competitor for less money. I asked him to come down just a bit on price and he obliged. He showed up to do the work early and stayed until 6:30 with a crew of four men. They really accomplished a ton of work in one day. Two hose bibs replaced, replaced some leaking valves, converted a tub to a shower (I did the demo), re-routed the purge valves for a two unit house, unclogged a sink, replaced a bathroom faucet, and installed a new shower valves in an upstairs bathroom. Very respectful, wore masks, and cleaned up after themselves. My only recommendation was that they put down some tarps in the carpeted areas where they work. Overall extremely satisfied and would definitely use them again!!!

We have an old house and so we have had our fair share of contractors. This was our first-time using MJ Yonkowski Plumbing & Heating and we are impressed. Communication was spot on and Diane in the office reached out to us to give us his e.t.a. He came and diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the leak. While there he noticed another issue, which is not giving us a problem now but something we should watch out for and plan to replace in the future. No hard sell or pressuring us with fear just pointed out the issue answered our questions and gave us a quote. We will be using them again and referring them to our friends and neighbors. Thank you for standing out, by giving great customer service and running an honest and fair business.

Marty is literally THE BEST! He is super competent, extremely nice and very responsive! He has done big jobs for us (sewer lines, new plumbing in a garage apt, baseboard heat work) and is also around when we need him for emergencies and small jobs. Can't say enough good things about his work!
