Used before, but now they seem too full of customers & themselves. Made an appt after leaving message for a person to return my call for 3 days ahead on the calendar. The day of the appointment, an hour before scheduled time, I received a recorded call saying something prevented their keeping the appointment and if I wanted to reschedule, I was to call them and reschedule another possible cancellation. They obviously have more customers than they need. So I called a competitor and had another plumber within 2 hours and not once dealt with a recording. I guess it depends on your definition of customer service. Jay

Outstanding service! I called on a holiday (today) and even though i didnt leave a message, Joe called me right back and walked me through some extensive troubleshooting of my bath tub drainage problem. Having already been under my house to take apart the drains and snake them I was able to accurately describe my pipe setup, and Joe took a long time on the phone to go over the problem, potential solutions, and steps to take before calling him out. Following Joe's advice I was able to fix the problem, but if there is ever another problem I can't overcome I'm calling these guys. I can't thank Joe enough for the time and patience he gave me. Outstanding 5-star service!

Our house is old, and we've had some crazy issues with our pipes the last few years. We had a flash flood in our bathroom this Sunday and ended up calling Yolo Plumbing. Our technician was Bill Joseph, and OMG he was AMAZING! I noticed that the last couple of people we used were a bit cocky, and took their sweet ass time getting here, AND getting the job done. Bill did neither. He kept us updated with every single thing he did, and let me tell you, he was MOVING. He wasn't wasting our time, or his, and he was SUPER professional and really really nice. I can't recall the name of the lady who returned my call and set up the appointment, but she was very nice also, and although they were having a very busy day, she managed to get us in the same day, and Bill spent about four hours getting the job done (and it ended up being a BIG job!). The last guys we called never even showed up for the appt they set, and the next ones that did took TWO DAYS to do something that should've MAYBE taken one. I really appreciated the professionalism and punctuality of this company, and again, Bill Joseph was AWESOME and really knew his stuff. I'd HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in this area. They're THE BEST!!

The plumber was very polite and courteous. He did a great job hooking up our new kitchen sink, although seemed to take a little longer than expected towards the end.
The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 stars is that it seemed to take him a while to hook up the water once everything was in place and once he was finished, when it was time to pay, it took him 45 minutes (while still on the clock) to put his tools away and figure out how much the parts cost so he could give me the final bill. By that time, a job that should have taken max 1.5 hours took 2.5 hours. He agreed the process of looking up the cost for the parts was really slow, but it definitely should not have taken 45 minutes. I called the company and they refunded me for 30 minutes.
If I use them in the future I think I will negotiate how long the job will take before they start, so I don't have any unexpected surprises like this time.

We called Yolo Plumbing this Saturday morning at 11:30am for our 13 year old home in Woodland. We had a broken PVC line coming off the water main in the front of the house running into the irrigation system. It was leaking about an inch above ground level at the joint connector and we needed to replace the shut off valve to it too because it was corroded and wouldn't close completely, therefore the only way to stop the leak was to shut of the entire main line in to the house. Jeremy was there in an hour, removed the broken line and corroded valve and replaced them both in 1.25 hours. No leaks, the price was reasonable and the service was professional and honest. That's all you can ask for in a plumber! Thank you Yolo Plumbing!

I thought this place had excellent service but as soon as the receptionist answered the phone she was rude and didn't even get me an appointment. Not professional and worse service I've ever gotten. Not even one star but I had to put something

WOW! A true five-star review for a true five-star company. We had a slight leak from a tub upstairs and also a minor problem with our water heater. I called over to Yolo plumbing as they were recommended to us. We left a voicemail and within 30 minutes we got a callback. 30 minutes after that the plumber was at our front door and ready to help. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it immediately. He also provided helpful suggestions to us to help with our water quality in the future. If you are looking for a plumbing company in the Yolo area, do yourself a favor and call these guys. Their prices are also extremely reasonable! Thanks again Yolo plumbing, your phone number is now in my contacts. In case anything ever comes up in the future you'll be the first ones I call.

Yolo Plumbing did well on a small job to replace a water shut-off value for our water softener. The technician, Bill, was on time, professional and finished the job within one hour.

Excellent plumber. Called at 9AM, came by noon, as quoted. The work was to replace a leaking shut-off valve. Bill was great. He showed me the gate type vs. a ball valve, and recommended the ball valve for longevity. The actual work was performed quickly and professionally.

I'll be calling Yolo Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

They are awesome!!! My husband spent 2 days and a 50 ft snake trying to unclog our plumbing line. Yolo plumbing came out and in 45 min and an 75ft snake unclogged our problem. They were friendly, honest and reasonably priced!
