Yogi's does not stand behind their work. They blamed everyone else for the incorrect installation of their tub. Greg the owner was happier to burn a bridge than perform at $700 repair. Sad. Spend your money elsewhere.

On the 76 Free way and Benet Rd, Have a very Busy Restroom and very Busy Car Wash, so when Ever we have Problem with car wash Drain or plumbing We call YOGIS right a way, they show up really Fast, and they Have very professional equipments and Machines to Do the Job really Fast, and they guarantee their Job, we been with other Pluming companies But YOGIS IS THE WAY TO GO WHEN ITS ABOUT PLUMBING. After some hassle, these guys stepped up by sending a different tech the same day, who fixed the problem. Had I been able to ok what the first guy diagnosed, it could've cost my roommate much than the final cost, however. All in all, Justin is your man.

AMAZING! I think it took about 90 minutes from the moment we frantically called Yogi's to the time our emergency was FIXED! (Our tub faucet was broken in the full ON position, and I had to shut the house's water off.) Over the phone they advised me the most likely cause (turned out to be spot-on), mentioned another possible cause just in case, and dispatched John, who picked up the part he needed and came right over. For him, it was a quick fix, and like I said, all was repaired within 90 minutes of our first frantic call. Yogi's is a lifesaver!

I want to preface my review by making clear that it's based on work that wasn't done. I have no idea whether their work is good or not. We decided against Yogi's after our experience.

It began well enough. We had a leaky pressure reducing valve near our water heater. We had actually purchased the required part, but wanted to insure that a qualified plumber correctly installed it. I called on a Saturday, with an appointment scheduled for the following Monday morning, between 11-12.

The plumber himself did not show up until after 2. He explained to my wife, who had stayed home from work to make the appointment, that he gotten tied up on a rough job. Fair enough; emergencies happen. But he hadn't bothered to call at any time prior to actually inform us of the three hour delay. Strike one.

When he arrived, he was also misinformed about the nature of the job. He was under the impression that we had a leaky ceiling in addition to the valve problem. Bad communication between office and workers. Strike two.

He looked at the job, and informed my wife that he needed to do several things. First, he didn't have the right parts to replace the valve. He moreover suggested a host of other (read more expensive) changes to the section of pipe, including an additional valve. In sum? We have to schedule for another day and it will cost you more. Strike three.

When I called the office to express my frustration, Chris (another plumber?) was apologetic and did try to explain what had occurred. But he was unwilling to try to remedy the problem, making clear that he could not schedule a new appointment on the same day. It's clear they had overbooked and by pushing our appointment back to another day (Wednesday? Thursday? Who knows?), they were trying to catch up on what they promised to other customers. Strike four.

As I say, I understand when emergencies happen. That is out of anyone's control. How you respond to such emergencies, however, is something you can control.

My 18 yr old master bath shower was not giving much hot water,
called a plumber named Joe from Craigslist or at least he said he was a plumber! Replaced a cartridge but shower quit 2 days later, so.....
I called Yogi's. Sent out a very professional plumber, John, same day. He diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and advised he would return next morning. John was great, he was on time, very efficient and clean.
Replaced shower valve & trim with a minimum amount of bath demo. Also
replaced a faulty shut off valve.- reasonable price for such professional work. Very pleased with Yogis and a real plumber named John!

This is the second time I have used this company (for separate issues) and this time I had three issues in my home completely fixed within 20-25 minutes. I told the plumber he was a magician! lol Great service, I plan to call them for all my plumbing needs. Also- they give military discount which is awesome!

Just be warned: worst service I've ever had. My neighbor above me had to have his drain cleared and the plumber never bothered to check the units below even though he said he had. My sink and everything was a huge disaster. Called them to come fix it, they said they would be here in 1 to 2 hours. They never came, they never called, they never answered their phone. I had to call another plumber to come and clean up their mess. I wish there was an option for no stars.

Excellent, timely service and friendly people with every interaction. My favorite part was getting a little education about our water heater too! I appreciate them also pointing out (and fixing) some other potential issues waiting to happen with washer. Hot water is up and running and I have one less thing to worry about! Bonus points for being friendly to the dog!

We've had Yogi's Plumbing out to our house on two occasions and both times the service has been excellent. Eric was the repairman & he was awesome. From booking an appointment to cleaning up after a job, these guys are first class. I'd highly recommend Yogi's Plumbing.
