We provide Handy Man services with a consistent hourly rate. Please note that materials are not part of the quoted price.

I’m proud to be a Denver native. I’ve specialized in sprinkler blowouts for over a decade. I’m a versatile tradesman. Although my focus is on irrigation, I am aware of my limits. I value hard work and dependability. My journey began out of necessity. I once had to decide between putting gas in my car and feeding my family. That day, I promised myself I would never face such a situation again. I found a means to care for my family, and we would never have to suffer again. Thus, I founded YMS. Fueled by my faith in God and my dedication to hard work, I was confident I could make it work. I am now the owner of my own enterprise. I always outline the process before any work begins. Then, we agree on a price. I avoid being a pushy salesperson. I provide recommendations, but if you choose not to proceed, I won’t insist. I operate with professionalism. We launched with no resources. I started by pulling weeds for people. I eventually asked myself how I could use my skills to generate income. That’s when the idea hit me. I began to consider what it would take to start a small business. How could I use my talents to assist others while making a living? That’s how we became a business. YMS was established, and now we’re here. Our company was built on dedication and professionalism. We excel in communication. I don’t engage in aggressive sales tactics. I manage all aspects of the business, including closing appointments and deals. All significant business decisions are made by our investor group. We consistently seek out investment opportunities. If you’re interested in investing, we are currently concentrating on growing the YHMS brand. My wife is in charge of the office and takes care of administrative responsibilities.
