Richard was able to come over, and look at a drain pipe that was overflowing from our washing machine. He was able to diagnose and figure out the best fix without having to rip open our floor and drill through our concrete slab. He kept me very informed and showed me progress as he fixed our issue. Good communication and fair pricing. Hopefully I never have to use him again, but if I need something fixed, I have his number saved!
