My water heater broke (leaking, not more heating), I called Richard and he came the very next day to install a tankless water heater (on my request). He quoted me for a Navian model 210 and since it was unavailable the day of installation, he installed the better Model 240 and honored the initial quote. Navian are among the best tankless water heaters. The installation was done quick, very professional, cleaned up the place after the job was done. Richard was very friendly and answered all my questions. The quote was very competitive. I could not be happier. Highly recommended

Contacted Richard because our main line was backing up and was filling up our bath tubs. Richard ran a camera for us and quickly spotted the problem! After discussing our options, we had the main line snaked which cleared the line, and we also had two clean outs installed while he was here! Extremely professional, communicative and responsive. Took care of all the issues that our landlord's clueless handyman could never fix properly.
