I had these guys install my A/C, Water Heater and Furnace. I spent almost $15,000 total. So when my basement flooded and my water heater pilot light went out I called them. The technician came out and lite my pilot light for the water heater. He told me there was no charge because it was such a small thing. So I get a bill from YES! for $69.00 and I called them repeatedly about it. They said they couldn't waive the $69.00 fee but they could give me a discount because I am a member so it would only be $49.00. I am going to cancel everything. I want nothing to do with this company. DO NOT USE THEM.

Do NOT use this company. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I called and asked if they could come out and see why my AC and Heat were having issues. my basement apartment was not able to function in its own and we thought there were issues with zoning. it's would affect my entire home's temperatur.

They said the only way to fix it was with a costly mini split ($15k) and the fix our 4 zone system to no longer work in conjunction with the basement. After $21k we thought our problems would be solved. A week post install we realized the problem was actually worse.

I had them come back and that's when I found out that the 1 of the 4 zones wasn't found, but they still charged me for it. Then one of the senior HVAC guys came and said that actually our problems were in the air returns and we should have them cleaned and sealed. Plus the equipment (ac unit outside) wasn't the right size.

I decided to have a different company come look at it, in order to fix our issues, it will be another $25k. I Need to re-connect the apartment bc taking it out of the system messed up some hvac ratio, find the 4 damper zone and fix it, re wire the AC outside and then re seal the ducting.

I NEVER NEEDED A MINI SPLIT! It was $15k and Its absolutely hideous and my home still has issues. They have offered to move it for me but that doesn't remedy anything- this is financially devastating to my family.

My review was left on Absolute instead of Yes. It was Yes that provided the poor service. We called them to support local business. 3 weeks ago our furnace quit working. We called and a serviceman was sent the next day. They ""fixed"" the problem but it reoccurred. We called again and a serviceman was sent the next day. He supposedly fixed the problem again but it reoccurred 3 hours later. I called back in hopes of getting them to come back to have heat for the night. I was sure to call within business hours for that reason. They made an appointment for late the next day. We paid $70 each time and still do not have heat.
