I had Yes Heating and Air install a new furnance and air conditioner. I highly recommened them. They have by far excelled in customer service. The technicians that came out to my house were very professional and nice. The office staff that I had spoken to were very kind. They hire the nicest people. Of all the business I have dealt with over the years, Yes is by far the best in customer service!!! I wish all the contractors and business would provide the customer service Yes provides. They will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and that you are a satisfied customer. Thank you Yes and all your staff for being so kind and helpful to me. Don't go anywhere else, you will be missing out on an opportunity to feel like a valued customer.

Hi I made a appointment for a my ac unit to be service about two ago and then the day of the service I got a text that they will not be coming to service my ac unit. Because of all the emergency calls. That i would have to reschedule my appointment. I guess my service was not important to them. I will never call them for anything for my furnace and ac units. I guess they go where the money is!

I was driving down I-15 on 3 July 2024. I was going with the flow of traffic (75-80mph) and one of the blue yes trucks went flying past me.

On the back of all their trucks it states that the vehicle is restricted to 65 mph. Can't trust a company that lies to look good...

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to get my air conditioner service. I left work early so I would be home for the appointment. They texted me and said they could not come and that i would have to wait until July to get it done. This is so ridiculous, that I would have to wait that long when I already had an appointment. They would not even try to help me. I will never call them again. It is Yes heating and air.

So last year Yes bought Esco in Salt lake and offered to give a free house plumbing inspection check up! It wasn't free. Ended up they took advantage of my 84 year old mom and it cost her $13,000+ with ""Problems"" they found and they sold her a lot of things she didn't need like 2 really expensive toilets, toilet seats she didn't need and then they found an $8500 problem with her Sewage pipe to the street. They said there was ""Mud in the Sewage pipe"" and then had to dig a 12 foot deep hole in our front yard to fix the pipe. We were not given the piece of Broken Pipe, pics of a broken pipe, and there was no sewage in the dirt that would have leaked out of a broken sewage pipe. Also it took hours for the crew because as soon as they got there they dumped the equipment and then went to lunch that they sat and ate on our lawn. Also I have a 30 SqFt piece of dirt where Grass used to be.
Now because of whatever they did, when we use the Washer, it bubbles into my toilet and bathtub, and the kitchen sink fills a sink that over flows (Which i did not know until recently) in the basement and it's caused Mushrooms and mold to grow in the carpet and walls and ruined a lot of my mom's Pepsi Collector's items from around the world she can't get back! Thousands more in repairs and loss. So much for a free Inspection!

st. George store complete rip offs busted up my air-conditioning unit busted my house, missing tools I would not recommend them or have anything to do with them!!

Nope!
Scheduled Fall furnace check. They asked to reschedule. I called to do that, understanding that stuff happens and that this is a busy time. They had no idea who I was, despite being a ""member"" of their loyalty program. Gave me two addresses, neither of which was mine. Rescheduled service for today, a 4-hour window which ended 15 minutes ago with no contact.
Can't decide whether or not they get another chance or if I just move on.
