These fools just gave me an estimate for $2500.00 for 3 hours of work. They use this book pricing to rob people. $59 for a pipe tee that cost a dollar at Ace.

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT USE! They provided a quote for $1,900 unless I signed up for their $15.95 plan. Signing up for the plan would reduce the fee to $1,600. I got two other quotes which ranged between $400 and $500. Both other estimate were also provided by licensed bonded plumbers. The quote they provided included rodding out the sewer line instead of the cleanout, so they could charge an additional $595. This company is a scam!

I have had them in the house twice, each time arriving on-time and very professional. The needed work is explained to them, and then they reach for a book. In the book are all pre-determined ""union"" hourly rates. You are required to sign before any of the work begins. Even if it takes them 15 mins, but the book told them 45 mins; guess what you have already agreed too? Your charged the 45 mins of time. Your better off negotiating an hourly rate with them, if possible; and keeping the idle chit chat to a minimum.

The pricing book is a volume, 200+ pages. And they use it to detail every incidental thing to build up the invoice more and more. Unless it is an emergency, get other prices before signing. Yes, you will get charged for them to even estimate the job.

These guys aren't the cheapest -- BUT they are one of the few companies who will send actual experts to your home to solve your problems the right way the first time. After spending tons of money on fly-by-night plumbers I found on craigslist, I called Yes at the recommendation of a friend. Not only did they finally fix my water pressure problems, but they undid all the damage caused by the other guys. They aren't cheap but I paid less for Yes to come out than I had already paid for the other few guys, who didn't even fix my problem!

Zero states! They tried to charge nearly $900 to replace a bad thermocouple on my water heater. I got stuck paying their $79 trip charge but threw the bum out of my house! I got a reputable company to come out and do the job for $165!!! Don't make the mistake of calling these thieves!

I can't say anything about the quality of work that yes plumbing does because I didn't make it past the appointment set up. I was on the phone for a half hour and the man I spoke with could not figure out how to schedule an appointment, completely ridiculous! I just told him not to bother I would find someone else and after seeing the other reviews I'm glad I did. If they can't even train their staff to schedule appointments properly I'm afraid of the quality of work they would do on my plumbing. Also, just an f.y.i. they charge $115 extra if you want an hour time slot guarantee for them to show up or an appointment after 4 and that charge is separate from any work they do.

I have a bad experience with this guy several years ago. When I called them, they asked me about my credit card number to charge around $70, not refundable but credit toward my service bill if service is done. I was surprised that when the guy estimate $600 for a simple kitchen sink clog. The estimate is three times more expensive than other plumber used to charge. They stressed they use a special power electric drainage rodder and special skills for the drainage cleaning job. However, later I figured out that the power electric rodder they used is same as other plumbers. Due to my improperly structured home drainage, my kitchen sink was clogged again in a year after this guys' job as other plumbers did.
The result of the service is paying three times higher than other's with a same result.

Buyer Beware! The day before Thanksgiving, I am hosting 20 and my disposal backs up. Both sides of my kitchen sink are backed up but disposal is working perfect. They take my credit card over the phone BEFORE the dispatch and you get charged $80 no matter what. I was nervous but desperate for a repair. Nice guy arrives quickly with a huge book, and a contract proposal for annual fees of $90 and $15/mo just to receive a 15% discount. And my fee for the clogged pipe? $700!!!!!!!!!! I sent him OUT. I know enough about maintaining my home for 30 years to know that this is a total rip off. I told him I felt scammed and I sent him out. DO NOT hire them...they will charge you 2-3x more than a reputable local plumber. My neighbor and I fixed it ourselves in 20 minutes.

The plumber that came to our house was clean and professional but when he quoted a price for the ""budget"" sump pump I almost fainted! Say NO to Yes Plumbing and you'll save a ton of money using someone else. Hugh rip off, don't know how they stay in business.
