Needed a simple copper tubing replacement; easy access, nothing complicated. Had similar work done before for about $300. Although they showed up same day, their quote for this ""simple"" job was over $900. Said ""no thanks"" but still had to pay them $79 service call charge.

These guys are basically a scam. They charge $79 to come out and charge astronomical prices, so if you get the work done you are getting ripped off and if you don't you pay the fee.

They give discounts for positive reviews on Google, so they still have a 4.2 star rating some how.

Honestly, they are at least 3x to 4x more expensive than every other normal plumber.

Wanted to charge me $1500 to rod the main line thru my toilet. Other quotes were $480 and $525.

The plumber is a sales person in disguise. Very good presentation in an attempt to lock up your money into monthly payments to an account that can only be used for plumbing for their service. This, coupled with the outrageous price of over $1900.00 to replace a leaky faucet. When I said no because that is outrageous, he asked what I was expecting? I said less than the entire water heater, including the water heater that I had installed by 4 seasons plumbing!! He prayed on my wifesignorance in this area as well. Needless to say I got it repaired the same day for $230 in about 45 minutes worth of work including a trip to menards to purchase the part that was faulty. The sales pitch likely fools a lot of people into committing their money to the outrageous cost!

I agree with previous reviews. If I could they would get 0 stars. They gave an estimate for over $800 for a job that's been done in the past for $125 . They're a business that I'd never recommend and if you ask for an approximate estimate prior to them coming out they tell you they have no clue, yet show up with a company book with all of the estimates. They just want to charge $79 to look at a job and give an outlandish price hoping that people will go for it because you've already spent $79 just for them to drive out. This is a company with no integrity.

Had 2 no shows from different plumbers so i was not thinking when they said they "" needed a credit card BEFORE they showed up to do any work"" Charged me $80.00 just to show up and give me an estimate.
3 other places put the work between 200 and 395 dollars, they wanted $997.00 for the first hour! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use yes plumbing. yes plumbing is a NO!
If you want to be robbed, call yes plumbing. cause their prices are a rip off for sure!

Highly under impressed with Yes plumbing. They are your horrible type plumbers that you charge double the service fee to drive there then gouge you with an estimate to even look around. In my case I had what ended up being a simple fix and they charged $80 just to come out, looked around for a couple minutes then proceeded to tell me it would be $597 to troubleshoot the problem. That's $680 before any repair work would be done. I told him to please leave that is ridiculous.

For comparison I called another plumber (Reichelt) that was awesome and came out for $40 and didn't charge anything to troubleshoot the problem. It took him a total of 10 minutes max to figure out the problem.

Btw I called Yes plumbing back for an explanation or opportunity to make things right and not charge me the $79 for 5 minutes service call and they said that's for driving out there and the $597 additional is standard diagnostic....and told me I was in the wrong for questioning it . The Dispatcher who is also the Manager did not help at all . So in short don't go to yes - go anywhere else but Yes. For them just say No and go to another plumber that won't rip you off . I spent $40 that they tried to charge me $680 on. Major rip off tactic and sad this is how they treat hard working customers.

I contacted Yes Plumbing who operate in Indiana, to replace a hose for my washing machine. The hose alone might cost $11.00 max from what I have seen at stores. I was charged $600.00 total just to replace a simple hose. The worker produced what they call their ""black book"" to come up with the cost for labor and installation. I have reason to believe that this business uses this ""black book"" as a way to rip off their customers. Pricing in the book seemed unusually high.

In addition to this cost, I was charged another $600.00 to replace a gasket for a sink. Again, no quote up front. Yes Plumbing then tried to get me to join their club. I refused. I would never hire them again to do any other job. I read the reviews prior to calling Yes Plumbing however, in hindsight I believe that some of these reviews do not at all reflect the work that they do.

Run as far away from this business as you can!

I was desperate! My husband noted that the sump pump had gone out. Told me to get a plumber pronto. I found YES! $79 for a service call and $2000 for their cheapest sump installed. We are selling our house and did not need a flood as we are remodeling the basement so we've been conned out of 2g's. My sister's sump pump died a week later and her plumber charged $700. My niece is a plumber in Michigan and her standard rate is $495 including installation and a five year warranty.
Granted, I was a fool for not asking what the charge would be before I asked them to come out. Ryan was a very nice guy, came on time, and took care of the problem quickly and answered my husband's questions. No gripe there.
End shot is don't call YES! You will be royally rooked. Think they are in cahoots with those people that call and tell you the IRS is gonna get you unless you pay up right now.

These fools just gave me an estimate for $2500.00 for 3 hours of work. They use this book pricing to rob people. $59 for a pipe tee that cost a dollar at Ace.

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT USE! They provided a quote for $1,900 unless I signed up for their $15.95 plan. Signing up for the plan would reduce the fee to $1,600. I got two other quotes which ranged between $400 and $500. Both other estimate were also provided by licensed bonded plumbers. The quote they provided included rodding out the sewer line instead of the cleanout, so they could charge an additional $595. This company is a scam!
