YES air conditioning and plumbing is very good and excellent service I can't believe it I have Trevor plumbing tech. Came to my house to fix my leak and broken pipe and he did it YES has a very good reputation that's why I called them to do my plumbing and I'm very satisfied with the job Trevor is a very nice person keep it up Trevor there very honest and the price is right very reasonable not taking advantage of people . highly recommended thank you Trevor

Furnace would not light up. Tech ( i use tech losely) said would need to evacuate the freon in my a/c and clean the coil. $1000.00 to do that.
Called Legacy Air....a real tech checked the unit...$32.00 part , installed and running fine.
Stay away from Yes no matter what.

They pretty great at explaining things. They're guaranteed to upsell you things you don't need. They'll charge on the higher end of the spectrum. Use their service at your own peril.

Yes yes yes is all I heard when I was getting things lined up to get them out to my house. Then all I heard was No No No when the guy got out there. He told me that they don't even provide those services so wasted time that's for sure that's with this company provides

Yesterday, my husband called Yes when our thermostat seemed to be malfunctioning. They had someone out within 2 hours (unfortunately, he couldn't remember the technician's name), and he quickly identified the problem as a loose wire - a huge relief, and minor expense. He was friendly and courteous, and honest! We'll be happy to call them again.

I will not call YES again for anything. Had them come out to unclog my kitchen drain and was quoted $29 service call plus $218 to clean out pipes ....After trying to use a snake, they couldn't clear because of too much gunk. They said I would need to have the whole house hydro jetted and it would cost $2450....The only problem I had was my kitchen area and the rest of the house was flowing fine. I told them no at this time. They charged me $247 ...they did not fix the problem and wanted to sell me on additional labor that wasn't needed...I was suspicious ...I went on line
and found a company with good reviews on yelp. He is an independent and I explained what YES said and he said it sounds like the kitchen would need hydro jetting. He quoted $350. He came over the next day and completed the job. He did recommend I do my main drain to get all the gunk into the sewer lines at the curb. He said to look into his camera first to see what he saw in the main line. There was the gunk so I had him do it for another $350 and he had me watch his camera on what he was removing and clearing. This is an independent that has alot more customer service and not trying to gouge the price on its customer. These larger companies have alot more over head and try to milk the customers on unnecessary charges.

A few months ago, we finally finished paying off our overpriced, $10,000 Yes bill ahead of schedule. It doesn't make me feel any better to have it paid off, since they dramatically overcharged us in the first place. I'm so glad to be rid of them. If anything comes out of this experience, it's hoping I could help other desperate people that were in my situation avoid being scammed by this company. Please shop around and get several estimates! There is no way Yes is the best choice after you hear from others. Many things can be fixed, parts can be replaced. Don't fall for full replacement like I did. And if your other companies tell you the same, I still guarantee Yes is the most expensive, and not only do they not guarantee their work after one year, they charge to simply inspect it.

We had this company out Nov 15, 2016 to replace some valves, hot water pump and replace the water heater. Two guys Mark and Sean showed up. Any time I have service people in the house I always put valuables away, however I didn't put my medications away. Both guys were all over the house, upstairs, downstairs. The next morning I noticed the medications were not there! I questioned Sean who was there the next morning. Of coarse he said he knew nothing. I reported to their office and spoke to someone named Mandy, she said management would call me. They still have not. Plumbing job came to 5000.00. We paid their bill, I'm out my medication. They are thieves! Don't use this company.

Have had YES! come in to do multiple projects over the last 3 months, and have always been very pleased with then and the work performed. Recent project was to replace the plumbing fittings for a shower remodel; another company removed all the old shower walls in the morning, YES! came in with short notice in the afternoon to check the exposed plumbing and install new value before the tilers came in the next morning. They returned that afternoon to install the shower fixtures. Chris R. and Cragun R. were both extremely professional, friendly knowledgeable, courteous clean and very likeable. Cragun explained some extra things to me in plain English that he didn't have to show me regarding certain maintenance issues that I could take care of on my own or they would do it for me, was great education for me! They didn't push anything extra on me, except the benefits of their maintenance plan, which I took, that covers not just the plumbing job they did but all their services insulation, HVAC, etc. Their prices are a little high (but I got a senior discount) but reasonable given the quality of work and responsiveness. They came at the exact time they said they would be here. I highly recommend this company and you will too if you experience their service.

Total rip off!!! Takes a special kind of company to take advantage of people in a fixed income. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. I recommend Desert Oasis Heating.
