Forst off, Phil was phenomenal. He was honest and straight up with us. Very friendly and respectable. We knew we were going to have to replace our entire AC system, but we were not ready for the price. Shortly after Phil left we got a call from someone from Yes who I believed was Phil's supervisor. He attempted to pressure us into using Yes by telling us he can get us a cheaper price by getting a less powerful system and have them and install it the very next day. The supervisor made it appear it was a one time deal and insisted to it had to be installed the next day. We did not appreciate the sell tactic and we belive it's highly unprofessional. We wanted to give Yes the benefit of the doubt based on the negative reviews all over the internet, but at the end of the day they all appeared to be accurate. Very unfortunate.

If I could give a zero star rating I would for this swindling company!!! Last week we paid to have the AC serviced. Then suddenly a week later, poof NO AC. Of course we call them to see what's going on because the week before he said everything was fine. Now all of the sudden it's either a $2000 or $5000 fix!! I called my home warranty company, and the POWER CORD WAS PULLED OUT! This is after the YES Technician came OUT! I strongly recommend that NO ONE ever use this company. They are dishonest and push repairs that are unnecessary and he had to have seen the POWER CORD was pulled out!

We initially had a problem with the service tech so had a 1 star rating, but the company responded exceptionally. They fired the tech and gave us a free service call. We were so impressed how they dealt with the problem that we hired them for more work.

Extremely rude. Kept canceling my appointments last minute. Brian inspected my air conditioner and told me I needed a new Condenser motor and mainline contacter. My home warranty sent another company out and they said everything was working perfectly. Brian was trying to charge me $1000 when nothing was wrong. Do not use this company. Save yourself time and money and use anyone else.

I can see why they have only 2 stars !!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.
The only thing good about them is their advertising. To start with they gave us a 2 hour window between 12 and 2 and eventually showed up a few minutes before 5PM. The person identified himself as Jose was rude, arrogant, obnoxious and snotty. When he finished his 10 minute inspection he spent 15 minutes writing up an invoice and then said he would not be doing the work. That after waiting 5 hours for a actual plumber. This place is all car salesman and hype. We can spend our money anywhere and will !!!!! Once again be warned; don't let them in your house or near your air conditioning unit because they are nothing but cons with an attitude !!!

They're scammers my neighbors they told him I need a new AC on it because the compressor wasn't working when I arrived there IPhone they cut the plug off the compressor that is not normal they didn't want me to test it that's why they did it buyer beware of them they're a scam outfit

#Superhero Phil to the rescue...thankfully we were just dealing with a switch but the information on just how great of shape the equipment is in [I'm literally buying the house today, contracts arrived this morning and heading over to sign ""Yes""] pun definitely intended. Thanks Phil. Feel free to come back and rescue ""the cat in a tree"" another day...

They really have no idea what they are doing.
I had a leak on my water softner.... they said it was my water heater (3 year old heater bought from them) The installed a new heater which was under warranty..... charged me $650 to install... and said the warranty did not cover installation.!!!!
There was still a leak there the next day.... it was not the water heater at all it turned out to be the water softener right next to it.

The water softener repair man said I should have called them first.... he said The YES people are just out to make money!
650 Dollars gone!! For nothing!
Do not call this company.
You are forced to put up a one star minimum

Google reviews are fake and as a business owner I know you can pay Yelp to scrub bad reviews

Used them to put in a new AC system in 2017. They screwed it all up. Shortly after that their plumbers could not even repair a simple leak under the kitchen sink. We called someone else and they fixed it easily. Now I nearly got ran off the road by one of their vehicles going about 20mph over the speed limit, weaving between cars and running a red light. Do not hire them for anything unless you love dumbasses.
