When shit happens, you want Julio on your side! I had everything go at once; toilet, kitchen sink, garbage disposal, hot water heater. The joys of home ownership! I was like, holy shit, what do I do? I went to Yelp, and read all the reviews carefully, and also went on instinct. Everyone who used Julio said wonderful things about his expertise and professionalism. I'm here to tell you the same. He showed unbelievable respect for me and my home. He gave me a quote that was more than fair, and the hot water heater problem, well he threw that in for free. It was a cold rainy day, I wrote him a check and sent him off with a cup of hot black cherry tea, grateful that I could sit on the pot again without it overflowing!

We found Yes on Yelp, and the reviews we read tell the story. In our case, we had leaks developing in our copper plumbing in a house that is only 15 years old. Other plumbers could not diagnose the problem, but Julio did. We had to re-plumb everything under the floor because of the poor workmanship of the original installation.

Julio recommended PEX and we decided that we to go ahead with that product. The quote was very reasonable and the work was done in a very professional manner. Each day we were told when the water would be turned off and when it would be turned back on and they met that schedule. Over the 4th of July holiday we had a small leak in the temporary plumbing they did to give us water. Julio, the owner, came over very quickly to remedy the problem. Each day the crew cleaned up the work space.

After the job was complete, I crawled under the house to inspect the work. The plumbing was installed well with insulation around all of the new tubing, including the cold water tubes. The tubing was well supported and the crawl space was cleaned of all construction debris.

What a GREAT plumbing company I stumbled onto. Saw they had great Yelp reviews and called them. Julio came out tonight to our nightmare plumbing issues and got us up and running again. Gave us a estimate to really fix the problem which is really reasonable. I totally trust him and when we regroup from buying this house we will definitely have him come out and fix the rest of the problem for sure. He is so professional and such a sweetheart. He even cleaned my sink that was backed up before leaving. He explained everything we needed to do and as others had mentioned, he told us what we could do ourselves. I will post on my facebook page for all my friends to use him for problems and better yet, if you are buying a house, spend a little money and have the pipes examined by him before buying. That way you can share the expense with the seller or have the seller pay for the needed repairs. We love love love Julio.

First time customer, same day response, excellent customer service. Rafael came in fixed not only the original sink clog issue, he fixed other minor issue without charge. Affordable service (quoted better than the other 2 I called). Will hire them in the future. Highly recommend.

I can't give enough star for Julio. I called Yes Diagnosing And Plumbing on a Saturday, after my daughter had clogged up the toilet. Julio was booked that day but he was willing to add me into his busy schedule.

Julio was able to unclogged the toilet in less than a minute. I also showed him my dripping sink, which he was kind enough to show me how to fix it so I can do it myself to save money. I asked Julio how much I owe, and to my surprised he said ""nothing."" I insisted on compensating Julio for his time and troubles but he refused to take my money.

I strongly recommend Julio!!!
