This is a review I originally posted three summers ago. It' seems this sham company had it took down. It might of 3 years ago but I remember you tried to steal 22k from my parents. I hope this is seen by someone else and they call for a second opinion before they give these clowns a nickel. Never forgive never forget.

They charged $669.00 to replace a damper motor. The motor lists for $125.00 and it took less than 30 minutes to install. I will never use this rip off company again.

A couple of weeks ago our air went out. Keep in mind we have a yearly contract. They were gonna charge us $14,000 for a new compressor. Fetch a Tech came out and for the same service charged us $1900.00. I dont know if it was because we are women or what but that was insane. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Their service is very good. I had 2 staff I recommend. The 1st one is Marco, 2nd one is Marlowe Jones. They service my air conditioning in 2 different times and I would say they're both very good in what they do. Professional and polite and they do their job so well. I would say, I will use Yes Air conditioning and Plumbing for my future needs! 5 star I give for this 2 man

came out yesterday to see why my ac was not working. charged me $80 dollars, and all they told me is it cannot be fixed. so they called me and said we have a ''deal for you"" we will install a new carrier 3 ton rooftop, 14 seer for you. it is $19,000 dollars, but we will discount down to $16,000. between the techs & manager they have their stories down pat. i had another competitor come out, at no charge for the service call, yes! it can be repaired for $5600 with a 1 year warranty, or i was offered a choice of the same tonnage and seer rating with a ""trane system"" for $11,995 installed out the door. stay away from these scammers, very dishonest, not someone to do business with. i have asked for a refund of my $80 dollars and they refunse to answer me. ""buyer beware""!

I asked for an hvac tune up and they came out to my house replaced the motor on the unit and within 3 weeks the blades had unwelded ( nothing wrong with them before on their original inspection) and other damage was caused by the weld breaking. They came back out and replaced the motor again and put in a new fan blade told me coolant levels were low so they'd fill them but if there's damage there they won't fix it? There were no leaks or damage before the motor was replaced if something was put back together wrong in the original replacement process you need to fix all the damage it caused as none of it was preexisting!

Difficult situation with AC technician - I left work when I got a call from my wife in tears because of how a tech treated her. It looks like a guy with the same name has another 1 star review from a few months ago. I got home and saw the van down the road walk over to them and asked them to tell me about the situation that just happened. Two guys in the van with the AC blasting wouldn't step outside to talk me. So I am standing outside in the heat getting information about what happened. I ask what he did and if he looked at the outside unit for the service call and he wouldn't answer it. I proceed to ask him multiple times to just answer the yes or no question and he still wouldn't answer it. Guy says he left since my wife told him she didn't feel comfortable with them in the house. I said do you know why she felt this way. He said it was because of what he said. I'm understanding and could quickly figure out it wasn't what he said but how he said it so I asked him do you think it was how you said it. He goes on to say ""I'm going to talk to you man to man"" which I immediately responded with, ""No - You should talk to me professional to professional"" and ""you should have talked to my wife as a professional."" He then proceeds to say ""Oh, you are one of those people."" Then asks me if I am a man. I said let's just use this as a training moment and he then proceeded to roll the window up because the conversation wasn't going his way.

I wasn't even going to leave a review. I don't care about the $49 service fee, I don't expect to change him, I won't loose any sleep over the situation, and I will be there for my wife to process the grossly condescending conversation. What I would hate to happen is for this person to affect anyone else's day. I wouldn't want him in anyones house or speaking to any lady that I even slightly care about until they change their approach and attitude toward others. I called the phone number to the company and a person from Florida answered the phone and said that she spoke to the dispatch lady who left a message for the quality control person to give me a call since they are at lunch. I confirmed my number and haven't received a call back. Once more I will chalk this up to a training/learning situation for their team and am including a warning for all the women out there - good luck.

Update 1 - It has been 72 Hours with no response from Quality Control. I don't hold this individual entirely responsible but the lack of training and the poor communication from the company by not following up with a concern from a service call. It is a bummer that the AC unit was recently purchased from them and this is the follow-up service received.

First and foremost, let me make clear that homeowners are not required to know the inner workings of HVAC that's why we call out a contractor when we have issues. That said, many contractors and home warranty companies rely on a residents lack of knowledge to manipulate and gouge thousands of dollars on the improper work.

Prior to YES coming over to fix everything, a guy was here the night before and said he needed to ""cool the unit down. He took the top cover off and removed the fan. He proceeded to use a hose directly on the compressor say he needed to cool it down. Again, im not an HVAC expert but this didn't seem right. The unit was completely dead after that.

YES came out the next morning and got me up a running in a few hours. Due to the guy that came the night before, everything had to be replaced but they got it going for me.

Here's the moral of the story, looking for an inexpensive solution is definitely an option but it comes at great risk. Most of the contractors work with home warranty companies that are designed together to make sure a diagnosis results in a repair that won't be covered. They work together so the contractor makes money and the warranty company pays nothing, only you pay.

As many have said to me in the past, YES is too expensive. They are right, YES is expensive, but they are good, fast and more importantly, qualified. I have never had an issue with anything they have done in my home. Their work is also inspected by the city to ensure codes are met.

Don't look for a cheaper way out, It will assuredly cost you more in the long run.

My mom has been using them for AC maintenance. A few months ago she was told she needs a new motor and it was over 4k. Nowast week the unit stopped working so then she was recommended a new unit...over 10k. Had another company come out and said 4k for a new unit and that they most likely never needed the motor. A completely rip off for single women. Will never recommend or use again

I had the worst experience with YES air conditioning.
My system was getting on the verge of 10 years old, and after the tech only spent 20 min looking over my system and quoted me a ridiculous price and said it needed to be replaced because of the age. I got a second opinion from Fetch-A-Tech, and the technician was out at my property for almost 2 hours, after spending the time to show me the parts that were failing, and gave me options to repair my unit as well as replacement, customer service is everything and so is transparency. Had Yes been transparent with me and spent the time, then they would have had my business. It took me a couple months to write this review. So figured sharing this experience with others is well needed. Call Fetch a tech and save yourself from being taken advantage of.
