This scam company is filled with cockroaches, literally. I had a tech come out for a quote on a hvac split ac and furnace system . Before even entering my house he quoted me $17,000.00 for a single unit for a very small house. My neighbor is currently suing them. They never got into my house. Don't call them, stay far away! Buyer beware & my other neighbor lost her house due to fraudulent business practices!
Vladimir J.This company sold us A/C for 22K, later we found out that our neighbours from another company bought it 2.5 times cheaper. 2 years later we started experiencing a problem with the heating. Young guy name David came to our house and fixed it. But couple hours later the A/C stopped working properly again. We are so tired to call them every single day.
We have a feeling that every worker from this company is trying to screw us over and over again.
Tony A.Yes is one of the more expensive HVAC companies in the valley. My water heater died, I called Yes for an estimate. Yes was 3 times more expensive then everyone else. The Yes representative said it was going to cost me, I asked him to leave. Buyer beware!!
We had YES out to reair an air condition that they had installed less than a year prior. The didn't charge for theparts, but the amount they charged for labor was enough to support a small country for 10 years. As art of the rpair we signed up for an annual check of our system because that saved us money on the repair. It's been a year and they will NOT take NO for an answer. At firt we just declined the calls, block them after the 3rd call. Thye keep calling, leaving message at all tie of the day and night including a couple of messages at 2 and 3 am. I have made many calls to request that they take our number off of their robo call list, and no luck. I would not reccomend the company to my worst eneyy, much less someone Iliked. would have give no stars but they wouldnot let me do that.
Rachael S.My husband purchased a service package with Blue Apple, which was then bought out by YES. We asked for a quote to replace the garbage disposal and air gap after a tenant messed these items up in our rental in Henderson. They refused to give a quote over the phone, when they came out they gave him a quote with no details. Because it was a Saturday and we were traveling from out of state he reluctantly agreed to the price. After the work was done I questioned the detail of the cost and was told they charged $488 for the garbage disposal (we brought a new garbage disposal, so this did not include parts) and $365 for the Air Gap. What a scam. Will never work with them again. He also asked the HVAC to come check the furnace while we were there (this is included with the service plan already purchased). While the tech was out he tried to sell my husband on an electric filter system for $1,200!! The house was built in 2020. This company is totally outrageous and ripping people off, stay away at all costs.
These technicians or at least the one that came to my house do not operate with honesty and integrity. He told me for a diagnostic that I paid them for that the repair I needed was over $3000. I got a second opinion and there was nothing absolutely nothing wrong with my furnace. The switch was turned offmind you the $3000 that they wanted was for a motor for a furnace. Unbelievable do not do business with these people no integrity. I explained to him that if my second opinion came out and told me I was right and not trusting him that I was posting a bad review on yelp. This makes me wonder how many people they have scammed?????

They arrived late to our appt., did a hard sales pitch and then got angry with me because I wasn't ready to make a $24k purchase TODAY, implied I couldn't make the decision on my own and then charged me $79 for their ""service"" which they did NOT tell me about when I booked the appointment. Do NOT recommend!
Horrendously expensive with hard sell for extra services. I answered a $99 post card offer for an AC checkup and wound up spending $649 with a forced one-year contract. But if I hadn't agreed to the extra contract my bill would have been over $800. And the photos the service tech took of the equipment in my attic didn't look like what I saw when I climbed up there myself later. I said I don't have $8,000-$10,000 to replace my AC and he chuckled saying it would be more like $18,000-$20,000! Not needed and my service is working just fine. I wouldn't trust them now to give me an honest service. Sorry.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Also, the technician lied. Terrible I will never ever recommend them. If you ever need anything for plumbing and heating, call Sierra.
