They tried taking advantage of my 70 year old mother in law and lied to her. Get a second opinion before signing anything of theirs. They will try to sell you what you don't need! #imanhvacguy
R D.Service tech came out and said the system was frozen and would need to be replaced at a cost of upwards of $17,000. Got a second opinion from another company that replaced the capacitor ($100). Works great now. Get a second opinion with this company
Stephen W.Spike with the branch manager and was told this was a training issue. He also informed me he would refund a years fee and cancel any further subscriptions. Neither was done and I was billed another 96$ for a new year subscription.
