During the year since the concrete work was completed, I've watched small cracks develop in the concrete and thought, OK, maybe one or two in a large pad is to be expected but after a year, I have so many cracks that I need to hire another company to coat the dyed concrete(was dyed so it wouldn't need coating) before the rains start- so water doesn't seep below the concrete and make the problem worse (replacing the patio is not going to happen). Victor chose the concrete supplier, the thickness of the concrete, and told me the rebar was not required- I now regret that rebar was not installed- could have stopped much of the cracking. I checked concrete patio in my neighbor's yard- almost no cracks-they used rebar and the preexisting patio in my yard has one crack after 50+ years. Have lowered my rating of Yepez Concrete Pumping from 5 stars to 2 stars. Didn't go lower because I assume some of the responsibility about the rebar choice.

Victor and his crew did an amazing job with our rear driveway and side yard. We had just mulch and ice plants which made it a constant muddy mess and difficult for us to push our trash cans in and out on trash day. He came in and did a beautiful textured look that classed up the look of our home. Victor and his crew are honest and respectful; definitely going to use them again for our front yard!

The concrete was an extension to an existing patio. They didn't drill and epoxy into the adjacent slab, and unfortunately the slab began to lift.

Yepez pumping poured my patio extension, RV pad and sidewalk; all of it turned out beautiful. Great communication, professional and high quality. From the initial meeting to when I called to schedule work Victor has been great to work with. 10 yards of concrete and some difficult grades to deal with and they handled it all with ease.
