Yepez pumping poured my patio extension, RV pad and sidewalk; all of it turned out beautiful. Great communication, professional and high quality. From the initial meeting to when I called to schedule work Victor has been great to work with. 10 yards of concrete and some difficult grades to deal with and they handled it all with ease.
I have more concrete to do later this year and Yepez will definitely be the guys to get it done.

I respected his price and the work got done in a very sloppy way. Did not clean after him self and on top of that Victor it's a really obnoxious person that I wouldn't recommend to anyone even if the quote was ""cheap"". Cheap it's what you're going to get.

After getting some quotes, I went with Victor and his crew. He is a very nice guy but more importantly, he had the best attitude and price. The job was for a concrete patio and he completed the job in two days and it looks great. He and crew were quick and they cleaned up after the job was finished. I recommend him highly and would hire him again.

We took out trees and plants and wanted to pour concrete in replacement to have more space. After speaking with many concrete pourers and pavers, Victor was very prompt and responsive which I appreciated. He was able to come over right away and give us a quote. Not only did he give us a quote but he hung around to give us an explanation of options and advice.

One of the best things about Victor is that he has all of his own equipment. He has his own pour truck and all the equipment he needs so that he does not need to rent out or hurt other subcontractors. The job is completely done by him and his crew.

We decided to go with Victor and scheduled for the following few days. Victor and his crew showed up on time (which I feel like is very rare with contractors) and was very respectful and got to work right away. Started by digging the dirt out (which was pretty rock solid) and created the area to pour cement. They took their time and made sure the grading was proper and rebates looked good. They made sure to include us to explain what they were doing. They capped off some sprinklers for us as well. The next day, they came to pour the cement and design it with texture and stamping it. They cleaned up very well and did an excellent job! We're very impressed and so happy with the result. We would hands down recommend Victor and his crew for any cement job. He has been doing this since 99! I liked that he had all of his own equipment so we didn't have to have subcontractors and wait for them on top of doing this.

Looks great and can't wait til it's fully dry so we can use our new space.

We've had the pleasure of hiring Victor twice now, and every time I see him I want to hug him. Has anyone else felt this way about their contractor?! Victor just feels like family. He is so nice and easy to work with. He's always very enthusiastic about the project and he really wants to give you a good deal, and he definitely does. In many cases, hiring Yepez Concrete means you're cutting out a middleman. Concrete is very expensive, and no one wants to pay extra to a middleman.
