I made an appointment for my Central Air system to be repaired. I waited the days for them to come. The repair person called 1h 45m before the appointment (when I was out) to call back. I left 2 messages , during the appointment window, with no reply. I called the main office and they said he ""might"" be able to come the next day ""sometime"". They said they'd call back with a time. I've not heard from them since.

Buyer Beware! Unscrupulous business practices. After agreeing to install a Viking Range, the owner himself went back on his word and decided not to do the installation! His reason; my house was too far away! Even though he knew from the start the location where the installation was to take place. This place advertises and is listed as a Viking Certified Installer. Not!
