I had their plumber come in for sneaking the line which didn't solve the problem, cost over $400. He said he had to come back to run camera next day and charged another $350. I complained his charge of sneaking since that didn't solve the problem, he said those charges would apply to whatever the repair he had to do after he found the problem after running the camera. They came back with camera and found that they had to run jet machine which cost $1350, thought 350 and 439 was going to het deduced. He came in and charged 1350 on top of those charges. I thought 350 and 439 were going to get refunded, I was so naive. So no broken pipe but cleaning drain clog cost over $2000. Other plumber say that's extremely expensive and recommended to double check the charge maybe mistake. I called office to double check if that was billing mistake but they said that was amount they charge. Oh, the plumber cut drain pipe and drywall without telling me that kitchen and laundry room won't be available until next day. And the plumber was so unprofessional that he used MY tools to cut wall and pipe! The plumber was rude and i didn't like him but only reason i agreed for him to come back and ask him to complete the job was he said the 439 was going to get applied towards the work he would do next day. Very unpleased experience. I believed other reviews but should have done more research. EXPENSIVE lesson learned. Don't believe just google review but also check Yelp and BBB reviews.

They said we didn't pay our $430 invoice when we did. They swiped the card In front of us and then turned around and contacted a law firm claiming. We disputed the transaction. This was untrue, we went to our bank and there was no disputed translation. They got their money and bank records show it. They claim they are sending me the dispute but have yet to do so. Do not use. Don't recommended. The owner texted very rude messages and was was very rude on the phone. As for their work the employee was very nice Italian guy polite and helpful. In the end the owner said ok forget about what happened. Sorry but that is not cool. Better business bureau will be contacted about this.

I have to state that our plumber Mark has been with us since the beginning of our remodel and had been absolutely truthful, knowledgeable, and patient. He has given us knowledge that has saved us money and allowed us to feel confident in his ability to do a good job. I have met with other plumbing companies and I can ensure he is the best.

YB Plumbing is same as Budget Plumbing (not to be confused with Budget Home Services...not the same). The plumber with YB was at the house in 40 minutes, at which is the only positive here. He wanted $220 to use a simple drain auger to unplug a toilet. A lot more to remove the toilet, if necessary. In addition, I needed a copper gas line to a BBQ grill outside cut and capped where it came out of the gas meter.....very simple. There are no leaks but he wanted $300-$600 to dig up the entire 40' line due to 'a leak'. A cut and plug at the meter takes 5 minutes and resolves any future leaks. After asking for a little flexibility (via our phone conversation) in his high bid I found there was no common ground so I asked him to leave. He called me back 10 minutes later asking if I wanted the services so I had to AGAIN, ask him to leave. So, YB Plumbing got my $49 service call in their attempt to rip me and my Mother off. I HAVE NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF A 90 YEAR OLD IN A WHEELCHAIR AND OBVIOUSLY (if you saw the house) ON A VERY TIGHT INCOME/BUDGET. The next plumber unplugged the toilet, disconnected the gas line from the meter AND tightened something to stop the kitchen sink from leaking for $138.

This is a horrible company!! I called and a so unprofessional lady answered the phone and was so simple!.. I scheduled a visit to my house because they put on the website they serve the Spring area. i was told a person would come at 3:30 pm. (3 hours before i called) and few minutes later I called to cancel because another company wouldn't charge the 49 for an estimate. So the lady rudely said she had someone coming already and it was not even 2:30! she screamed at me and said how could I do that and that she is crossing my number not to ever receive services from YB and hung up on my face! .. I do not recommend this place

This was the worst plummer experience I've ever had. I paid over $500 for basically nothing, I ended up calling another plummer 2 day later who fixed my problem. Their quote for was 100 times more than 2 other companies for a major repair and they were also telling me what a great price they were giving me and how much they were "working" with me. I have never felt more bamboozled than by this company. I wish they understood this is no way to run, build or keep a company. I highly recommend you STAY AWAY from this company, they have no scruples. I feel robbed of my hard earned money for what I paid them.

This is the best plumbing company in Houston, TX. I have used the YB Plumbing service since 10 years ago and they always did a great job for all my plumbing issues. I have 3 rental homes and 2 stores and I trust those buildings to YB Plumbing. Don't want to go to other places. YB Plumbing will be my number 1 plumbing service provider!

I Called Yb plumbing and got same day appt. ben called before arrival. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the plumbing issue with the pipe connected to the drain Great service. Reasonable price. I would definitely use again!

Much like all the other reviews I had a horrible experience. Left natural gas running I my home and I was on the verge of passing out. Then they fixed that and turned my hot water down again!!!! Tent charged me five times for the same work my neighbor had done!! Highway robbery. Stay away they are scammers. I'm contacting my lawyer.
