We own a house in Humble TX where our daughter and her family live. On December 29, 2018 we called YB as the gas pilot at the house was not working. We were quoted a $49.00 service fee to evaluate the problem. Instead of being charged $49.00, we were charged $295.00. When I questioned the charged, Annabelle Willis just kept repeating that it was a repair and that it was $295.00. About 3 days later, the pilot went out again. YB sent a technician who them determined that a switch on the water heater was gone and needed to be replaced. Good news is the part was under warranty but we needed to ordered it and then they would install it. We were then told it would be another $295.00 to install. No credit for the call a few days earlier when the pilot was re-lit. As I questioned there billing practices things got nasty; the owner spoke with my daughter and offered a credit but then never gave it. Because they do not warranty their work as written on the work order/invoice despite the website ad, we chose another plumber to install the part. They felt bad and discounted their price. They also stated that re-lighting a gas pilot is not a repair but a service for which they would have only charge their service fee of $59.00 had they responded initially. We would not use YB again nor recommend them and their charging practice and "no warranty" for their work. We are glad we found Jared's Plumbing for our future needs.

Be careful.
I wrote extensively about this company in 2013. They have numerous addresses some of which, at the time, were not real according to HCAD.
I was sued for $10K if I did not take down my reviews.
I will find the lawsuit and post it.
I took down all except the one on this site...or so I thought. I cannot find it.
I wonder if they managed to get Yelp to remove.
Do your research. They operate under many different names.
They can try to sue me again because I no longer live at the old
address.

The Israeli in charge makes no apologies for only being over here to make as much money as possible.
You find an address and check it for tel numbers and run those to see where they lead. You cross check everything. Check HCAD. When you find another business run all the checks again. I was fascinated by the web he had built and spent a number of hours on this. If I remember correctly they were starting the same system for carpet cleaning. It is easy to beat the reviews system.
You simply swamp the site with fake reviews until your bad review is hidden away on a back page.
The guy Yigal Buzaglo, I believe is his real name, is good at using computer.

I have Commerical property in spring
And my main line busted I called YB Plumbing they came in about an hour and helped me resolved it in a matter of 2 hours my building was up and running again
I'm very happy with the service and make sure everyone knows it!

The toilet in our master bedroom had gotten clogged and started over flowing until I turned off the valve. Being a do it yourself kind of guy, I tried to take care of the issue myself, but I couldn't do it. So I decided to hire a plumber, and the only reason why I chose this company was because of availability and also how close they are located to my home. They came in, took care of the issue with ease. Customer service was good and the prices were fair enough for me to refer them to friends and acquaintances. All in all, I'm pleased with the quality of their service. 5 stars.

These people charged my in laws credit card for work that was NEVER done. Their attitude regarding the entire situation has been hostile. Terrible customer service, terrible employees, terrible company. Do not trust them. I can't believe a company would allow their employees to be so disrespectful and rude to their CUSTOMERS!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I just had some plumbing work done to repair a leak on exterior pipes connected to my house and pool. The backflow preventer was damaged in the process and they refuse to accept responsibility. Also charged outrageous price to repair a small leak that took 30 minutes. My bill was $550!!!

Mark and Andy serviced my house for blocked pipes from the a/c. They were very fast and explained what was wrong. They also offered a long term solution if I wanted to do it in the future.
