YB Plumbing made a small problem much worse and, when confronted, provided some of the most abysmal customer service I've ever received.

While I was out of town on business, my kitchen sink became clogged. I had my girlfriend take care of the problem, and she chose YB Plumbing based on positive Google reviews. (Based on comments on here, it appears many of these reviews are a sham.) After coming to my house and snaking the main kitchen drain, they quickly wrote up an invoice and proceeded to leave.

Within 24 hours, it was clear there was now a bigger problem. Any time the sink is run, water seeps out from under all of my cabinetry, as well as under the baseboards in the garage that shares a wall with my kitchen. I immediately called YB, and was greeted with a gruff woman with a thick accent who said "The plumber, what do you want". After multiple questions to confirm who I was speaking with, I was told that they would do nothing to fix this problem. According to her it "wasn't under warranty", this, despite multiple claims of "100% guarantee" on their website. Following a discussion in which she continually raised her voice to me, she put a male on the phone.

He proceeded to ask me multiple times in different ways how I could possibly know that he caused this problem. I tried to make the simple analogy that asking a question like this is like a doctor asking how you know your arm wasn't broken BEFORE a fall. He asked what I wanted him to do and I replied that he needed to come out and fix the problem he created. He said he would charge the same fee as last time ($300). Clearly I am not about to pay again for a service that wasn't even completed the first time, and stated that was not going to work for me. He stated "well too bad". At this point I had had enough and told him that I would fix the problem myself and bill him for the repairs, or see him in small claims. His response "I can't wait to see you in court" *click*.

I had my water heater replaced a week ago
After giving me the quote the job was done within 2 hours I was surprised to see how professional they are!!!
