Geoffrey B.They installed a new water heater WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I was going to provide them with a Whirlpool 40-gallon 6-year electric water heater to install that costs $279 plus tax. Theirs cost $469!!!
When I complained, they admitted their mistake but only gave me a $25 discount. So their error cost me $165!
Dishonest. Dishonorable.
