Yankee plumbing put in a new boiler for me yesterday. They did an amazing job!! They were on time, clean ( spread tarps throughout the way to the boiler room upstairs) efficient and courteous!! Thanks again for a job well done!!

This company installed both of my shower drains. They both leaked thru the ceiling underneath. I'd recommend picking a different plumber if you want to avoid leaky ceilings and drywall replacement. Check your employee's work! Can't be cutting corners on plumbing.

No call no show after phone and email confirmation. On top of this attempt at getting service, we just discovered after trying to finish our bathroom that the original plumbing work was not fully installed/completed properly years ago when they set up our modular home.

Yankee did a lot of plumbing and gas work in my house this spring. We did an extensive re-model, adding a bathroom and completely gutting the kitchen. I'm not sure there was a single plumbing project that did not have to be re-visited multiple times. They installed the gas line for the stove in the wrong place and had to move it, hacking up my new floor and cabinets in the process. They used very cheap fixtures. After the brand new toilet was installed, it ran constantly. Now, just months after they installed the kitchen sink, I have discovered a leak under it. I am very disappointed in their work.

We did a kitchen & bathroom renovation last summer and found ourselves scrambling for a plumber after our initial plumber came back with an updated quote way out of budget. Called around and everyone was not available for 2-3 weeks. Could not handle this setback so we were ecstatic when we found Yankee... who came over THAT DAY to evaluate the project.

They gave us a fair quote which was the most reasonable of anyone we found. AND STUCK TO IT. Despite some additional unexpected expenses. They showed up each day on time (7:30am), worked extremely efficiently, were very professional, and finished the job within 2 days - even our contractor was in awe. Additionally, all of our phone calls were returned promptly; secretary was very friendly and responsive.

Since they were so wonderful with the plumbing we actually had them do the heating as well. Equally satisfied with that work.

Can't say enough good things about them. I actually think they were the highlight of our renovation (if only our electrician had been as reliable... ).

Called about a big old lake of water in our basement. Suspected that we'd have to replace our water heater. I called several plumbers but they were able to come immediately. They did and only had to replace a valve. The guy was in and out quickly--very professional. I appreciate the honesty about what needed to be done rather than replacing my whole tank.
