Thank you so much Xue for making time to come and help plumb out my toilet. We have a toilet downstairs that was just backing up and not flushing after several attempts to declog it. Xue came and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and declog it out from the main sewer pipeline outside. He went out of his way to go above and beyond and was courteous and polite throughout the whole process. He offered a lot of tips and tricks to help minimize clogging and was really personable throughout the consultation. Not only that, but he went out of his way to clean the mess from the clogged pipe line that spilled on my concrete. Thank you so much again, definitely would recommend and utilize as my next plumbing service company again.

We have relied on Yang's Drain and Plumbing twice in the past year to resolve water leaks in our home. Both times they showed up and resolved the issue the same day, saving our home from further water damage. Honest, detailed-oriented, great communication and very reasonable. Xue is very personable and gave me options & suggestions, but ultimately fixed it to my satisfaction without pushing a more expensive choice on me.

I had Yang's Drain and Plumbing come out to my house to repair a leaking bath tub faucet. The service person came on time and took care of the leaking faucet. He was very nice and professional. It is hard to find a good plumber and I am very glad that I called Yang's Plumbing. I will call again when I need a plumber.

DO NOT COME TO THIS MAN FOR ANY SERVICE !!!!
This man had what should've been an easy job for his "" profession "" ... ( fix a clogged toilet ) .
And he took not one , not 2, but 4 hours in the building trying to fix it and was unsuccessful.
You may think he spent so much time because he was working hard to fix it , but no. He spent over half the time on the phone talking to his family or friends while on the job and NOT fixing what he was called to do.
But here's the KICKER !!!
He literally. And I swear to god . Attempted to leave the store and the bathroom that he DID NOT FIX , covered in..... SHIT !
The whole floor , the toilet , and the WALLS were covered in shit .
And when we caught him trying to leave it a mess , he blamed it on the door being difficult to get in.
Let me preface that, our restroom is relatively small and has a self behind it making the door a bit difficult to open completely. But NEVER had this ever been an issue for other plumbers . And if it was an issue , he should've communicated that before spilling the shit and piss everywhere . He then apologized and said he'd clean it , only then to RUN TO HIS CAR AND FUCKING LEAVE !!
He later came in embarrassed because he had to get a signature from the manager . But Jesus Christ. Unprofessional , immature , a waste of time , and literally made our life more difficult than it already was ! I took pics on our store iPad , but unfortunately I'm not allowed to take photos on my phone . Literally don't go here .

They did a toilet replacement for us. They responded quickly just before the holiday, sent us to pick our new toilet at home depot and installed it next day. Reasonably priced, no up charging and just got the job done! Thank you Yang!

We had difficult access to a rusted drain, under our kitchen sink. Xue was at my house that day, after he finished a job. He looked at the problem; crawling under the house and under the sink. Gave us a reasonable estimate we agreed on, and he was here the next morning. The job wasn't as labor intensive as he thought so he lowered the price. When does that ever happen? Very friendly and explained everything well. Excellent work, cleaned up before leaving. All in all, a pleasant experience. I would recommend Yang's Drain and plumbing to all my family and friends.

They were efficient and able to come help me on a short notice. The service requested was because my bathtub and toilet kept coming out one way or the other as if it was clogged. They were able to schedule me the same day. They were patient with me because my yard was a mess. They even went the extra mile to help me dig around and help me locate my clean out. They were a life saver I would recommend them to my family and friends. They were affordable and reliable. He helped explain the pipe system from his camera and showed me how every pipe was connected from my house to the sewage. I can't help thank them enough! THANK YOU!

Requested service via Yelp and email and he worked out schedule to come same day to install a space ship bidet toilet lol! He was kind, respectful and was just classy all around. The toilet was installed correctly and all the bidet smart functions worked without any leakage (which my previous toilet had). Would not hesitate to have him come back to my house to do all other plumbing work and wished we met him sooner before remodel!
